by Alison on 10/04/2019What I liked about the experience is that Nancy and Derby totally went to bat for me helping me after a car accident transition into a new 2019 GLS when my old 2014 GL had a lot of negative equity. Nancy treated me like I was her sister and… even had someone come in screaming at her and complaining to the GM that the car she had sold me was no longer available. The level of integrity at this dealership is so astoundingly high that I’ve been extremely impressed and feel so humbled by their helping us.Alison, hello and thank you for this fantastic review! From the greeting, to the Advisors, to the VIP perks, to the coffee / bite service; to sales staff that are informative and not overly aggressive; well, it's my go-to Mercedes dealer, and I'm a… 9 times owner (7 SL's over many years, and 2 CLK's while waiting for a couple SL's).
