    Never happy when I service my car here.machines are never working or they're too busy to use..I chose 1 star because I had no other options. Let me mention I have warranties for my car parts but of course I need to wait a month for approval before they honor it!

    Such a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership that offers confidence and trust. All work done on a time,y manner - can't ask for much more. Best of all was the greeter who is always pleasant and cordial and the service advisor who had a complete understanding of my needs.

    This place is amazing. I always come here to have my car service and the people there are so wonderful. They treat you with kindness and are very respectful. There are No long waits. You get in and out of there in no time. They will always get my service.

    I would like to take this time to tell you how wonderful Justin Lockwood is. He is very professional and courteous. Justin took the time to explain everything that was going on with the car. Justin made very prompt calls back to keep me informed and updated concerning the car. Justin stayed late to finish talking to me and answer all my questions. Justin made every effort to bring the service price down. My brother came in the next day and he took care of him in the same professional way. My mother came in a day later and he also gave her excellent service. My entire family would return to your dealership and ask for Justin in the future.     Just wanted to say how extremely please my wife and I are for the service and experience at autoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines FL. The staff there have always been very helpful and very courteous and very patient, generally speaking. In particular, Mr. Earl Marks has been exceptional over the past few years that we've shopped for cars there. This is now our third purchase, and I will not go elsewhere for cars. There's only one place for us .That's AutoNation Nissan and there's only one person for us. That's Mr. Earl Marks!

    Autonation of Pembroke Pines should be a model for all dealerships in the state. My salesman Mr. Earl Marks has sold me my first Nissan and I can safely say that it will not be my last Nissan. The whole experience was like buying a car from a family member. Great job Team Autonation!

    I am so happy and so thrilled with my new 2016 Altima SR. Grace Izquierdo was the sales lady who helped me and she is by far the sweetest sales person ever. We had worked out a quote prior to me coming in and she had the car cleaned and perfectly ready to go when I got there. I ended up choosing a different model than the one she had already set up for me (I really wanted the one with the LED headlights) and she did everything in her power to find me the vehicle and have it shipped over because it was at a different dealership. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove off, the service and attention she gave me was superior than 100%. Couldn't be happier with my car, and I'm so thankful to her patience with me and for finding me such an amazing deal.

    While in search for a car for my mom, we came across a CPO at our local Nissan dealership. Scheduled an appt with Rob Hassan, who was very attentive and knowledgeable. He took very good care of my parents during their time at the dealership and during the negotiations. He is a very caring salesperson who strives to make people feel welcomed and makes it a painless process. We all know how many hours one can spend at a dealership. I cannot stress how efficient and time friendly our experience was with Rob. We recommend anyone to ck out this dealership whether you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

    Nissan Rouge 2015 is the most comfortable car I have ever drive, equipped with 4 cameras, nice wires, and adjustable AC even in the back seats..... Auto Nation of Pembroke Pines counts with a very professional sales team, In my opinion, I was lucky to receive the attention from the sales associated Frederick Pantin who speak fluent English and Spanish, explained every detail of the Rouge, and was with us until last minute in the store making us to feel as a Auto Nation family member. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family as their next car agent and Auto Nation Pembroke Pines for its excellency.

    Went to AutoNation Nissan in Pembroke Pines to look at cars. We were not planning on making a purchase that day, just went to look and maybe make a purchase later on. The service provided by Diana Peach and the rest of the team was amazing. Questions were answered, alternatives shown. We ended up purchasing a new car. Having visited other dealerships that day, I we felt the difference in service and attention given. Highly recommend AutoNation Nissan in Pembroke Pines, and when you do go ask for Diana Peach.

    We purchased a vehicle over the weekend, due to Mr. Cordero follow up during the week, he was the most reasonable option when deciding which dealership to visit. Upon arrival Mr. Cordero was friendly and made us feel very comfortable, he had our information ready and was very in tune with what our needs were. The entire experience was pleasant and he made sure that we left there satisfied, thanks to Mr. Lemus as well from Finance, you guys had us in and out in a little over 2 hours which is unheard of, for any dealership transaction. We will definitely not only recommend but insist that our friends and family visit AutoNation Nissan of Pembroke Pines and let Wilfredo help them out. Best Customer Experience in a Dealership to this date !

Usually at car dealership the sales men are pure tricky associates but Mr Cordero gets the job done and I am please with my purchase.
