Top Experience from beginning to end
by Deb W on 02/12/2023We came to Pensacola to check out three different SUV’s. We visited the first one and then drove into Alan Turner Hyundai to test drive a Palisade. When we walked into the showroom, we were met by a salesman, Carl Allyn. He was the exact… opposite of the typical salesman. We told him we were in the “investigating mode”, and he didn’t flinch or hold back on quality service. He was able to answer our questions and provide additional details that we hadn’t even thought to ask about. We drove one and again … no push to “sign on a dotted line”. When we left we didn’t bother to go and look at option number three. We knew that the Palisade was “the one”. Carl was able to get us into the SUV of our dreams. The process was phenomenal; the best! Jami, the lady who handles the financial side of the house was incredible! NEVER have we had anyone so explanatory of what we were signing. She showed us some other options to consider and told us the ones that were her personal “must haves”, but there was no pressure. After the purchase was complete Carl sat outside in the car with us for about an hour explaining further the features of the vehicle. We truly believe Alan Turner Hyundai was the best experience we have ever had from any dealership. From first walking in until driving off of the lot the professionalism, but also the personal attention to details make them an awesome dealership to “deal” with.What deal?

Told me that Hyundai of Daphne would not come close to the price I wanted to pay or even the price they said was their "best" price. Well, I purchase my new Tuscon from… Hyundai of Daphne. I paid less than Allen Turner's price and the vehicle actually had more options included than the one at Allen Turner.Effortless, no pressure transaction

Visited the dealership and everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. Decided on a color and options. Put a deposit down. Car was delivered… in 2 business days.
