Amazing Service
by CheyenneM on 07/29/2017This was the best car experience I have ever had! I usually dread the process of buying a new car because I expect to sit there for hours waiting for everything to process. Allen Brinkley made my experience great! Not only is he very… knowledgeable about the cars, (he answered every question I have, and I'm a picky buyer!) but he also was very friendly and in an overall great mood. I can tell he is passionate about VWs and he really lightened my mood and kept the process flowing very quickly and efficiently. I will be returning to this dealership when I need service done on my car, everyone was so nice and friendly. Allen gave me a tour of the building from the VW merch they offer, to where I will pull in when I need my first oil change.VW Of St Augustine

I recently returned their to lease my second vehicle from them. The… reason I returned is because they understand the importance of building a lasting relationship and treated me like family. My sales person Ronnie was exceptional. He took the time in helping me decide on the right car with no pressure to buy. The values of management and staff in being helpful, efficient, always improving, respectful, and thankful were exemplified throughout my experiences with them. The Sales Manger Rich and owner Joe worked with me to provide a payment I could agree on. They are good honest people and allow you to relax because they will do what they say. In addition, I have utilized their service department and it is simply outstanding as well. If you are thinking of purchasing a new or used VW or a used vehicle to which they offer an extensive selection then give these nice people a chance to earn your business. I am a college graduate and have both owned and managed many different businesses. VW of St Augustine is an example of what happens when their is great leadership and staff. You can have a whole new amazing automotive experience by just stopping by their dealership and saying hello. Their online presence includes a face book page and website where you can view a wide variety of vehicles. Love My Jetta/Great Buying Experience
by QuentinM. on 07/25/2017Purchased a great 2016 Jetta with low mileage from Volkswagen of St. Augustine. I usually do not enjoy going into dealerships to discuss cars, etc. but this experience was wonderful. Our point of contact, Nick, was truly outstanding!!! He… did a great job of answering questions from my wife and I regarding the vehicle. He was patient and I truly enjoyed working with him. He was nice enough to let my wife test drive one of the other Volkswagen's that caught her attention. Nick was outstanding and the dealer experience was quite outstanding. Also, the finance manager was outstanding too and provided a wonderful rate that was better than my rate that I was prequalified for when I walked into the dealer. He was quite efficient was patient in answering any and all questions that we had about the financing. The finance manager was outstanding to work with and it was a good experience. This dealership understands the importance of time and does not keep you waiting unnecessary! The only thing that I mention as point of improvement would be the following: 1. My great VW did not have mats in the car. While I loved the car and was able to test drive and purchase on the same day within a matter of hours. I did have to buy mats in the car from AutoZone. In my mind, car mats should be in the car when it is ready to leave the dealer. 2. The car had a small stain in the driver's seat and passenger seat. While the salesman gave a great recommendation on items to clean the car, I think it probably should have been cleaned before I viewed the car on Saturday. If not for the two reasons above, I would given a "5" to this wonderful dealership! Our salesperson, Nick, was great and the finance manager was outstanding and efficient as well! Plus, the important thing is that I got an outstanding car at a wonderful price. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely buy from them again. My wife, who previously did not think much about VWs, is now becoming a fan!Excellent Buying Experience

I enjoyed being treated with respect and as a woman buying a car, this is… important to me. I did my research and knew the car I wanted to test drive. The decision was mine, no annoying sales tactics, I was offered options that made sense. After diagnosis was done, car was fixed on time as promised. Amazing Experience

We knew what we wanted to buy when we arrived thanks to their great web site. We were in and out of the dealership within an hour… including our test drive with a clean car and a full tank of gas. Returned a few days later to deliver payment and sign all the papers, again all complete with in an hour. Exceptional Sales & Finance Dept

The young lady asked if I'd like to come take a look and test drive a Beetle convertible. I said I would love to but, didn't want to be pressured into… buying a car. We agreed that I would just look and get my questions answered. The sales rep called to confirm my appt. When I arrived several models were lined up for me to look over. Travis my sales rep offered coffee or water and was a very pleasant young man. Very polite and respectful. We drove the car I asked & he asked all questions. Returned to dealership and I bought the car on the spot. It was exactly the sales experience I wanted! Very upfront, honest and everything was fully explained. Travis was very professional but, with a great sense of humor. I could not be happier! I worked with Ben Soares over the last month in my search for the "perfect" new car. Prior to my experience at VW St. Aug I… admit I had a pretty bad opinion of most car sales people... Ben totally changed my mind. He was so easy to talk with and seemed to completely understand that not everyone can walk in and buy a car on the spot, nor do they want to. He genuinely cared about what I wanted in my next vehicle as well as what financially made sense for me and helped make the two align. I originally went to test drive a VW based on best of 2015 car reviews but no personal experience in their vehicles. Even the base models of all of the cars I drove blew most of the pricey top of the line vehicles I looked at at other dealerships out of the water. The attention to detail in their vehicles as well as to their customers needs, along with the very reasonable price tags will keep my customer loyalty for years to come! Uncommon Dealership

The sales, finance, and service staffs all create a community-like atmosphere that makes going to the dealership, for any reason, like going to a friend or family member's home.
