No appointment
by Teri Peck on 04/23/2025I stopped into Crown Hyundai without an appointment because the rubber bumper cover was hanging off of the car. Carlos assisted me. He was as nice as he could be. After about an hour Carlos told me the rubber bumper cover was broken and… what it would cost to replace it. He also gave me the option of just removing it. I asked him to order a new one and remove the old one. They brought my car around with no charge for the time they spent on it. Carlos told me he would contact me in a few days when the part came in. So far I am very satisfied!Teri, We are grateful for you leaving Carlos this stunning review! Chris is outstanding
by Angela G on 04/19/2025Came in for my oil change, which I was able to get in within 3-4 days. I also needed my horn fixed since it stopped working a few months ago. Chris was wonderful as always. He was on it and had them wash my car as well. Even after… everything was done about 2 hrs later I had a few questions about my car and Chris took the time to answer them. Happy with My 2024 Kona and the Service!

Justin was super helpful the entire way through. He worked with me to get the LTV I… needed and even helped set up Android Auto. The car's detailing could’ve been a bit more thorough (a few scrapes and stains that could’ve been cleaned up better), but that’s just a minor note. by pat in the burg on 04/07/2025My wife and I decided it was time to check on an upgrade for her 2024 Hyundai Palisade even though it had low mileage. Since we have become a one car family, I also traded in my Mercedes Benz SL500. Working with Glen Gasbarro was a… pleasure. My wife walked into the sales room and Glen immediately asked how he could assist. She said she was not sure if it would be worth it, but would like to know what the difference was between the 2024 and 2025 XRT. Although there was very little difference, there was a 360 camera features that she wanted. After explaining the differences, she wanted me to come and work with Glen on the upgrade. Glen was very diligent to have all the paperwork in orde so we could work through the trades to arrive a final figure which we thought was much better than other dealers had offered. We also wanted to do business with Glen and Crown since they are closer to our house and my Mercedes was maintained by Crown Mercedes. He listened to what we were looking to buy and spend and did not play games. His attentiveness and… fairness earned our business.
