Lori is great, crown service needs more help
by HNL on 06/28/2025Lori is hard working and does all she can to get things done right and quickly. The service department needs more help due to the sheer volume of vehicles needing service. It took months to get my car in for a service. Then some… miscommunication happened and my car was left to sit at the lot and not be serviced. The service employees work very hard but more help is needed in my opinion.Great Service

All three were amazing, professional, and genuinely… took my questions and needs into the utmost consideration. There was never a moment where they felt too pushy. They just laid out all my options, worked hard to get me the lowest price available, and I felt like they had my best interest in mind. My biggest apprehension when looking for a new car is getting a salesperson that is more eager for a commission than helping me find what works, and these guys really put that stereotype to rest. No appointment
by Teri Peck on 04/23/2025I stopped into Crown Hyundai without an appointment because the rubber bumper cover was hanging off of the car. Carlos assisted me. He was as nice as he could be. After about an hour Carlos told me the rubber bumper cover was broken and… what it would cost to replace it. He also gave me the option of just removing it. I asked him to order a new one and remove the old one. They brought my car around with no charge for the time they spent on it. Carlos told me he would contact me in a few days when the part came in. So far I am very satisfied!Teri, We are grateful for you leaving Carlos this stunning review!
