My entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. I have driven Fords much of my life, have been to many different dealerships in MA and FL, and I can easily say dealing with Matthew and the entire team at Sarasota Ford was first… class!
When is comes time to trade, down the road, I will be going back to Sarasota Ford to see Matthew.

Not only did we do months of research on which car was the best and most highly rated across the board, we also dealt with… several different dealerships until we found Sarasota Ford that was easy to work with, were willing to beat the most competitive price, and welcomed us to their dealership with a gas gift card for driving a distance to do business with them AND a complementary dinner at their cafe! That's right Sarasota Ford not only has great sales people such as Barry Joubert, that we got the pleasure of working with, but has a yummy little cafe AND a movie theater with black leather reclining massage chairs where our 4 kids got to hang out while we worked on financing! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Sarasota Ford & Barry! We are so excited to drive our new Ford Expedition Max, Lord willing, for years to come! :-)2019 F150

My car was scheduled for an oil change with another dealership, but they day before I got a flat tire. The other dealership was unable to schedule the tire… change, unwilling to shuttle me to work, and unavailable to accommodate the cars needs for a week. I called Sarasota Ford and they fixed everything the same day, including shuttling me to and from work and a free breakfast in their cafe. That's all I want from a service department.... fix the car with as little interruption to the day as possible. Yesterday they were my first stop to take care of turning in a lease and selecting a new vehicle. The process was seamless. I have a beautiful new car and feel confident in the dealership and service department.Great used truck!
