by mechdesign on 12/29/2015Worst experience and 1 month of stress from this garbage staff. Traded in my Mazda and they will not pay it off. Probably looking to sell it prior to paying off my trade in. Meanwhile another payment is due in 2 days and late fee… assessed. Why should I pay for the next months payment when I traded in the car. Here is what I was told from 5 different staff members. Summary of what I was told by sales / managers / finance: 1) Your car will be paid off within 10 days of acquiring the payoff quote 2) Your car will be paid off within 10 days of acquiring the payoff quote based on your credit (10 days later) 3) Your car will be paid off only after we the dealer get funded from the bank issuing the loan of the new car 4) Your payoff was sent on December 14th with Check Number ###### 5) Your payoff was sent on December 17th or 18th with Check Number ### although it was Cut on the 14th 6) Chase should have received and cashed the check by now, if not call me back and I can stop payment and overnight a replacement. 7) We can not stop payment on the check its too early, and the corporate office wont let us stop payment on checks until 7 days later. 8) With the Holidays coming the check to Texas (which should only take 2 days) could take longer, so check with us next week. Go to West Palm Beach Hyundai or Rick Case for stellar service from sales to service. Stay way from this treasure coast crap dealer Wallace Hyundai with inexperienced in sales, experienced in CON sales staffGreat Service
