He listened to what my husband was looking for and delivered nothing less. He kept us informed throughout the… process and was extremely upfront with us. He is also extremely personable and made the experience so much fun. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mandy in finance during this transaction. She was so down to earth and even helped me name a previous vehicle we'd purchased from them. After researching mechanics in the Tallahassee area, we decided to have our service issues… diagnosed at Capital Eurocars. Parke Stafford was our Service Advisor. He was very helpful and in continuous contact with us in order to provide the status of our vehicles progress throughout our service. We saw one we were interested on their web site and made a phone call. During the call to the receptionist we were cut off and I… was about to call another dealer about another Toyota when the phone rang. It was Paul C. following up on the disconnected phone call. I told him about the one I was interested in and made an appointment. We arrived at the appointed time and he was there and ready. He took us to the car, showed it to us and with key in hand, we went for a drive. We told Paul that we liked it but we needed to think about it, had a certain price in mind and needed to sell our car. We were going to leave to think about it at home. He understood our situation and talked with his sales manger on our behalf. He came back in no time with a proposal. His demeanor, tact and diplomacy convinced us that he had our best interest at heart and we accepted the proposal. We drove away with the car we wanted, did not have to worry about selling ours and feel comfortable about such issues as warranty with capital Eurocars and Toyota. Had it not been for Paul's initiative to pick up the phone and call a disconnect, and his ability to connect with me, we would have never made it to Capital Eurocars that day, and would have never bought that car. He definitely made the sale. I would recommend him to any of my friends looking for a car. There is no doubt that his years of military service has tempered him to succeed at any thing he attempts. Tony and Russ took the time to… carefully, and cost effectively determine the problem with my engine and got the car repaired and back on the road in the shortest time possible. My service advisor Tony T. also had a few ideas and together they developed a… comprehensive plan to resolve the misfire issue. To make a long story short, they correctly diagnosed an internal engine problem which could not be verified until the actual service was completed. I trusted their experience and reasoning.
