Nick Ocampo walked through what we were doing with the car and let me know approximately how long it would take. When complete, he went over… the inspection, provided me the proper documentation and sent me on my way. He was extremely pleasant, positive and informative. Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous and professional, and my sales associate, Clarence Anderson, was super! He listened to what was… important to me and answered all my questions --- even made me welcome to come back in if I have questions or need any assistance after driving my new Santa Cruz for a few days. Our New Palisade Calligraphy

We stated our preference, outlined what we expected in return and our sales person, Tyler Hammonds… delivered perfectly. Our 2021 Palisades Limited had been an outstanding vehicle and with only 25,000 miles, was destined to be in our family for years to come. However in my mind, I needed to test drive the 2023 Calligraphy, huge mistake! This vehicle simply over overwhelmed me, as being the most opulent SUV for the money, I have ever driven! ALL the features of the Genesis SV80, but $16,000. less expensive. Needless to say, we are very happy!Jerry, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! The service manager Phil was very accommodating and had Nick get my car in. I am very appreciative because I didn’t have an… appointment. I was in and out in other an hour. Marcus Ancheta, the Service Manage diagnosed the issue and was able to get the part quickly, even though there are/were major shipping delays all across… the country. by Sandra K on 12/23/2022Excellent service was provided by service advisor Nathaniel Guarino when my car was towed to Werner Hyundai due to the malfunction indicator light coming on and the possibility of significant damage if I drove the car to their shop.… Nathaniel did everything he could to get the car into the shop as soon as possible since they were heavily booked with scheduled appointments during the 2 weeks prior to Christmas weekend.
