Ricardo in sales is helpful and patient with my endless mind-changing when I'm buying a car. Robert in service is just a nice guy, and will go out of… his way to make sure you're happy. AND they did it to me again haha - brought my Mustand in for an oil change and drove home in a new car. I loved my Mustang, but missed my SUV Escape.....now I'm loving my Edge, which is much closer to what the older Escapes were. Not a fan of the new Escape layout inside, but the Edge is perfect !! Thanks again guys, and am looking forward to more of the same great service from Brandon Ford!Good service visit

Scott Parker our service writer sent us over to Enterprise and put us in 2015 F150 for the duration of the repair. This… was unexpected for Scott to go this far. We are greatly appreciative for his above and beyond service. Although are repair took one more day longer than expected, we did not notice the extension due to up front service he showed us.Service Visit

Brandon Ford was able to provide me with 2… top-of-the-line new tires by Michelin at the same price as Costco, with balance and installation & tax and also with the same warranty. It was a surprise to me that Brandon Ford was able to match the price of a recognized national discount warehouse and do the job according to my schedule. by gringorican on 03/09/2015My buying experience at the Brandon Ford was very positive..I dealt with sales person Tee Carrigan who was quite helpful in narrowing down what it was I wanted.. which ended up being a 2014 Ford Focus SEL Hatchback with the additional… appearance package... I love this car. Michael in finance helped me find a competitive interest rate even lower than what my back offered. I have only had the car for three days now but really enjoy the ride and the look. The vehicle I purchased had 16,000 miles on it .. and I am confident I will put another 200,000 on it.. I really enjoy driving this car.. and the Brandon Ford Dealership gave me one of my most positive buying experiences ever..2005 ford escape maintenance

I did have to leave the car overnight and the dealer furnished me a rental car which I think was above and beyond what they had to do. the work took a bit longer then expected and I… had to wait till almost 7:00 for my car but am happy the then results.Engine light on

by jhanagriff on 03/02/2015Went to Brandon Ford dealer today 3/02/15 to talk to Wayne Hammond about some Body Shop service talked to his assistant 4 hrs later get a call from the body shop manager who got real arrogant and condescending to me stating that he just got… yelled at by Wayne Hammond for honoring something that happened 3 yrs ago. Unbelieveable to think that this past weekend they were advertising about striving to be the #2 Ford Dealer in the Country. If all of the managers at Brandon Ford treat their customers like this they won't stay on top for long. Had the [non-permissible content removed] manager. Basically when the manager came to honor his word he turned it around on me because I had to send my daughter to get the repair completed while I was tending to my father who hads a serious heart attack and was not able to handle this myself. Long story short 2 months later after burying my father and moving my mother I retruned home went to see Wayne Hammond and his manager called me furious that as he "stated went over his head to his boss". Well I say if your not going to honor your word why would I waste my time and his and talk to the GM whose managers are a reprsentative to Wayne Hammond, Brandon Ford, and the Ford Motor Company. Here is a quote from Wayne Hammond and based on the managers distasteful words I beleive this quote to be the opposite of Mr Hammond. Judge for yourself and I hope that the fruit of this quote finds better ways for you and Brandon Ford Wayne: "Do the right thing for the customer." Ive been successful from the start in the car business because Ive always done the right thing for the customer, Hammond said. I teach my people to do the same thing: To treat the customer right. A little disappointed with that. Everyone should be taking things the same way.Oil Change
