However the last few times I've collected my car were they've had to have it over night, It comes with a bad Smell. It smells like an ashtray mixed with exhaust on the inside of the vehicle… while I'm sure none of the technicians would smoke inside my vehicle I'm not sure where this comes from. Is usually gone in a couple days but it is a nuisance.Check up/frozen driver seat belt

by BillWebber on 04/28/2017I took my F150 to Brandon Ford on a Monday with no prior appointment. The AC was not blowing cold. Robert Lopez got the details of the problem and set me up with a loaner vehicle at no-charge (thaks to the extended Ford service agreement!).… Truck repairs were done the following day and I was back in my new "cool" truck the following night. From drop off to pick up, Brandon ford associates were courteous, efficient, respectful and very caring of my time to make the the service experience the best it could be. Thanks again Brandon Ford! my entire family has been customers for 20+ years and this last experience is just one of the reasons why!Friendly

Our only complaint was the length of time we… waited to be seen by the business office almost 2 HOURS! Yes 2 HOURS! I know it was a Saturday but that was ridiculous and almost cost them our business. Once we got into the business office we were out in less than 15 minutes.Great work!

"not a problem, take this over get a loner car and we will call you… later today when we are done" just exactly what you want to hear. really like the attitude and service provided.
