What he failed to tell me was that the lot is closed at a certain hour and exit from the lot was not possible, therefore I had to return Sunday to collect my… car. Your dealership seems to do a good job of repairing and servicing the vehicles, but falls short on the small issues. Last time I was told my car would take several hours to complete, in the end it took little more than 1 1/2 hours, so I had to make a wasted trip to and from the dealership. That's now twice in a row that I have had to waste time and gas going back and forth to the dealership unecessarily.Great Service Every Time

I took it straight to Brandon Ford on my way to work, at first I had to find a service person to actually help me which was a little frustrating, then GIO stepped up and was ready to… help. He told me it might be a few days for repair which I wasn't happy about but I understand it takes time to fit my car into the schedule, and then order parts. To my amazement the car was ready to be picked up on Monday (dropped it off on a Friday). I was very pleased with the speed my car was repaired and the care that was taken on my vehicle.Oil Change

by davel65 on 07/17/2015Stopped in without an appointment due to a warning light. From the time we pulled up Gio, the Service Adviser, made us feel welcomed. He reassured us that he would have the issue checked out immediately. As we were within a couple… hundred miles of an oil change interval, we asked if that service could be done as well and were told no problem. While waiting in the customer waiting area, Gio came in and informed us that the initial issua had been corrected and the oil change performed. He also advised us that there were 2 recall issues on the vehicle and that if we could wait for an additional 30 minutes that he could have both issues corrected without requiring us to make an additional appointment for the recall services. Gio did an excellent job of keeping us informed and even went out in the rain to bring our completed vehicle under a covered area so that we would not get wet.
