    WOW let me say that again WOW. I've been around for a while now on this little blue planet and frankly I have never felt as good after buying a new vehicle than I do today. Took my wife in to upgrade her 8 year old Cobalt and Rammie met us out front, the original idea was to get her to test drive a bunch of different brands. Rammie was patient and professional he treated my wife with respect and when he said throw out a number that would make you buy today I thought oh boy are you asking for it Rammie, she threw out a low number and added "out the door" he took it all in stride and said he'd see what he could do. Imagine our surprise when he came back and said they accepted your offer. Rammie and his "student" Aaron made it a VERY pleasent experience. My wife got what she wanted and for a great price and the amount of free stuff this dealership offers is unheard of. Everyone here was pleasent and Tony in finance was very mellow and not pushy at all in fact no one was pushy, I guess you don't have to be when you know you offer the most for the least. They even let us bring our Saint Bernard in! if you are looking for a new vehicle look no further then Brandon Honda this dealership ROCKS! When I am ready to trade my vehicle in you can bet I will return to this dealership without hesistation. By the way if you buy a new car now you get to spin the "wheel of fortune" all I will say is my wife won a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and they have many great giveaways just for buying your next car for them, I sure hope the service department lives up to the sales department.

    Just purchased my first Honda from Brandon Honda and it was a great experience. Our salesman Giovannie M. as very knowledgeable,friendly and easy to work with. We also worked with the sales manager I don't recall his name but he was very helpful also. My experience was great would recommend the dealership to my friends.

    Tyson, Ferris and Vaughn were amazing! I've been looking for the perfect car for me and we found it at Brandon Honda. We've purchased 4 automobiles from them, 2 in the last two weeks! Tyson and Ferris were both so patient and understanding and didn't try to push anything on me that I wasn't 100% comfortable with. They worked their magic and now I'm a proud owner of a 2014 Accord Sport and my husband is driving around town in a 2014 CRV EX L. I will encourage anyone to buy a Honda but I will drag anyone interested in buying a Honda to buy at Brandon Honda! Exceptional service all the way around! Thanks Team Brandon Honda

    Tony M. was great to work with in picking out our vehicles, test rides and preliminary paperwork. We actually traded 2 in for a new and used and he provided advice and showed us exactly what we wanted to see without pressuring us at all. The finance area was a whole nother story though so know what you want going in, watch months and rates closely and know whether or not you want extra warranty before you go in or you will end up in there for hours and getting something you don't want just to get out of there. Other than that, a good experience and one we learned from.

    I submitted a coupon request online for a test drive and Immediately received a phone call from John to set up a test drive, (very impressive response time). I met with John a few hours later. Service was outstanding. He had keys in hand for all 3 of the vehicles they had on site for the Honda Fit, which is what I was interested in driving. Once I selected my vehicle, John, Ferris and Tony went to work to make the best deal possible for me. Every sales person I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I came into the dealership expecting the "hard sell", or the "bait & switch", and even when finally presented to the "finance guy" was prepared to hear how the numbers 'weren't right'. Instead, Tony went to work immediately to find a bank that that could give me the rate I had been quoted, and brought me in at the numbers I had been given. My overall experience with this dealership is a total 10. I love my vehicle, I actually enjoyed meeting everyone at the dealership, and am quite impressed with the friendly positive manner in which customers are treated.

    Even though I live in Bradenton, Florida, I drove up to the Honda dearship in Brandon because after talking to Larry L. the night before, I felt very comfortable with his knowledge, his friendliness and sincerity. Once there, Larry was extremely patient with my in-experience in shopping for cars and informative. I had planned on buying a used car but made an about face when Larry showed me the benefits of buying the new car that I now have. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. Everyone that I had contact with, from the receptionist to the gentleman who handled the financing so late in the evening were friendly and very professional. I am very happy with my purchase.     Overall, this is the best experience I've had at a car dealership. We were greeted right away by Kyle who was eager to help and listened very attentively to our needs. Based on what we said we were looking for, he brought us right over to the two cars we ended up taking home. We spent less than 10 minutes walking the lot which we appreciated because we did not want to be outside in the heat with our 7 month old daughter. While inside, discussing our options and gathering the paperwork, he was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to want to do everything in his abilities to exceed our expectations. Hector, the sales manager, was there every step of the way to ensure Kyle's success and attend to any higher level decision making that was needed. His experience showed in his commanding of the situation to ensure the most positive outcome was achieved and that our every need was met. Going over the final details with Vaughn was also a very pleasant experience. He asked us about how we met, wanted to know about our daughter and we talked about his two sons. Engaging us in conversation was a smart way to get us through the mundane task of signing a mountain of paperwork! In all, we achieved everything we set out to and more, leaving the lot with two cars that were of higher quality than we thought we could afford. Well done, gentlemen.     Do you ever get that feeling when you walk into a dealership, that you are about to get attacked by SHARKS ! I get those all the time,. but not from the guys at Brandon Honda. From the receptionist, the guy that washed my new car, to the Cafe Guys; it is First Class Service all around for a guy with big hopes on a low budget.like me,.Down to erath people with the knowledge you expect from a window shopper.The Finanace guy was assertive and came back with one offer.with No need to argue mentality, There was no point tot it, Besides, I didnt want him to be late fo his date that night, Thats all Im saying. Over all, their commercials are the real deal and their reputation is well deserved. I went to shop around. Honest !! and left with an SUVr that they call used with on;y 1350 miles on it, and in less than two hours. No grief,, no hazel and no hidden agenda. They just want to sell you a car with the only motivation to see you again just when you get ready for another good deal.

    I have purchased several cars in my lifetime but I have never experienced the AMAZING service I received at Brandon Honda from my sales rep Fredy C. and the finance manager Jorge V.. I went in just to "see" if I had any options in getting out of a Honda Pilot I was currently leasing which was way over the allotted mileage. Fredy immediately attended me and assured me that if anyone could help me he could. He spent what seemed like countless hours running back and forth between me and his boss trying to come up with a deal that was suitable for my budget. Unfortunately, my Pilot was so upside in equity that the payments they could offer me were way more than I could afford. Right when I was about to walk out the door, Fredy came chasing after me with an offer I could not refuse. Fredy stopped at nothing to give me absolutely everything I wanted in the car I purchased. They were able to get me the payments I wanted for the car I wanted. Even when I jokingly asked him to throw in window tinting, he went to bat to his manager and got him to add that too. On top of all of that, the day I was supposed to pick up my car, Fredy's sister was involved in a car accident. However, that did not stop him from coming to the dealership on his day off to deliver the car to me as promised. That is what I call EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. For the first time ever I can say I have the car of my dreams and I have Brandon Honda and Fredy to give a million thanks to for that. They truly went above and beyond in making me a more than satisfied customer and I would without a doubt recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a car. They make the impossible possible. THANK YOU Brandon Honda. You definitely have earned a lifetime customer and unlimited referrals!!!!

    I was on the search for a new Honda van. Brandon Honda's John T. gave me the best price upfront of the 5 Honda dealers I contacted. He was also the most knowledgeable car salesman concerning the van, usually I know more than the salesman. His partner Don N. was also nice. I believe we negotiated a far price on my trade also. My family always buys our cars on the internet. It is the only way to shop. Thanks John T.

    My daughter and I recentl ourchased a new Accord from this dealership. Our salesman was Kevin and he gave us the best, easiest, hassel free experience possible. My car was delivered quickly and in beautifu condition. From browsing their inventory online to signing on the botttom line, this was a truly professional operation from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership.

    This was my first time buying a car. Being a young women I brought my dad to come in and look with me. As we were looking at the used cars in the lot Rammie came right up to us and helped us out on looking at cars that were in our price range. As we did come in close to closing time, Rammie had no problem with making sure we were happy and satisfied even if that meant staying late on his part. As he showed us two honda Accords, my dad saw a toyota that he was interested in getting the price on. Rammie was quick to help and we looked all three cars over. After narrowing down the cars, Rammie offered to let me on a test drive. Although a test drive is a normal thing for a person looking for a car to do, he went above and beyond to make sure I liked how the car drove and also gave commentary as I drove the cars. He was nothing but helpful and genuine. Although I did give the over all experience a 4, it was nothing short of Rammie's fault. It took longer than expected to sign the papers and get the keys, but he was nothing but helpful and professional, he even made us laugh. Very personable sales representative, I am very glad to have worked with him. He won't lie to you!

    BEWARE dealer tricks and high prices!! Got a mailer from these guys that they'd give me 30% higher than Blackbook on my trade, which I had valued on blackbook.com a few weeks earlier. The mailer said my car was in unusually high demand on the used market. Went in to check it out, considering a new Civic. Was amazed to see that they add almost $3,000 in dealer add-ons to EVERY new car on their lot, including almost $2,000 in "Additional dealer profit." Really? Who in their right mind would pay for this stuff? $299 for useless "mud guards"? $149 for "Honda wheel locks"? Give me a break. They actually had a new Civic in the showroom with an incredible $8,000 in dealer add-ons, including $1,100 for fog lights and $600 for plastic rain guards on the side windows. I can't believe anyone would be gullible enough to pay for such a rip-off. Anyway that turned me off to Hondas and I asked for the price on a lightly used Fusion on their used lot. The salesman was trying to deal with 3 different customers at the same time (this is a Tuesday night mind you) so I told him to just call me in the morning with all the numbers. The manager called in the morning and said they could indeed give me 30% over blackbook for my trade since, in his words, "nothing needs to be done to it." EXCEPT, minus $1,000 for "reconditioning." Hey buddy, you just told me nothing needs to be done to it, now you want to ding me $1,000 for a vacuum and wax? Anyway, then he wants to charge me $24,500 for the used base 2011 Fusion SE. First of all, that's roughly equal to the MSRP for a brand new 2012 Fusion SE. Second, I told him that I saw their ad on autotrader.com for that car and their price was $19,500. That tripped him up, saying "I thought we didn't have any prices listed on the web site" and he said he would call back after investigating. Their own website had indeed replaced all prices with "call for price." It was clear to me then that they had jacked up all prices on their lot by $5,000 to more than compensate for the $3,000 or so they offered to pay people additional for their trade in. WHAT A SCAM! WILL NEVER CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! The manager did call back later and left a voicemail asking me to call back to "discuss the situation", which I didn't do for obvious reasons.

    Even though I knew what type of car I was looking for I didn't know what dealer to go to. We decided on Brandon Honda. And we are glad we did. As soon we got there we meat Prisila P., no pressure, very pleasant and ready to show us the car we wanted. She and the rest of the team got the the paperwork rolling and before we knew it we were signing all the papers. She made the proses very smooth and after the sell she made sure everything ok. We were so happy with the service and treatment we received at Brandon Honda that my wife when back and traded her car two days later. We will definitely recommend Brandon Honda and Pricila to all our friends.

    I can't thank Mr. Joe S. enough for taking action on an unresolved issue from a lease transaction from Oct. 2012 which came out during a casual conversation of current pricing with him (while I was waiting on a oil change for that leased Honda). He apologized for the incident which he had NO knowledge or part in. He politely asked me to "hold on a minute", left and returned with Mr. Ferris H. Sales Manager who listened fully to my story. He said he wanted to speak with Mr. M., the owner, about this and make things right. Well, they did. What an outstanding show of character and resolve. I recognize that the Dealership itself is top grade and they are committed to making every person feel great when they walk out the door. I have been driving Honda's since 1983 and am now on my 5th one. Thank you so much to Joe, Ferris and Mr. M. Warmest Regards, Sharon

    I would like to write this review because my experience at Brandon Honda was on of the best because of two men, Hassan S., Sharaz H. these men are the best, Hassan S. was very friendly,nice, respectful , Sharaz H. is a miracle worker I really appreciate these men I would recommend them to anybody, I was very please with my purchase and now I am enjoying it. If you are looking for a car Brandon Honda is the one to go to, please make sure to see these two men.

    Spoke over the phone after being referred by a friend! - The sales person was too busy so assigned someone else - took 40 minutes to find the car in the lot - promised internet/invoice pricing and then added over 2500 in mandatory "dealer installed options" (protection, key loss insurance and a bunch of crap I don't need!) - after wasting nearly 1 1/2 hours, showed me MSRP and asked me to come back again so they can work-out the pricing (too busy for the day @ 6pm on a week day!!! )

    Salesman Robin was very kind & patient. He was very thorough in his explainations. Frank V. was very understanding of incidents we had with the service department the previous week. Vaughn H. was very understanding of my financial situation & worked hard to find a lien company that would suit my status
