    My wife and I came in to look at new and used trucks. We have Been a loyal Ford owner for over 35 years. We came to Elder Ford because a long time friend “Brooksy Hall” had came to your dealership. The staff was great and even though we didn’t buy a vehicle we had a great experience. We will be back when the time is right.

    Happy Veterans Day BUYER BEWARE! FROM Disabled Veteran! Dealership practices, predatory behavior on customers! I lost two cars in hurricane Helene and was unable to get a rental car and was trying to escape Milton as our home here is on Madeira Beach! So I leaned on buying a new car quickly to try to escape to our home in North Carolina! It was during a time of emergency or people were leaving because of Milton coming directly at us on the beach! Charge me for a spray liner that’s not in the vehicle $2500 for a spray liner underneath the factory liner, but upon inspection none! Added extended warranty without knowledge $3000 added gap insurance without knowledge $1000 did not honor the online price that I showed up for an overcharged me by over $7000! Go to Walker or Ford or any other Ford dealer this place is a scam dealership , I’ve already reported it to the attorney general for price gouging, Hillsborough county consumer affairs, BBB I noticed a lot of complaints very similar to mine with their finance department! I’m a disabled veteran and retired government employee! But somehow they didn’t even get my $500 discount after I told them multiple Times, also got me the wrong state tags! I FEEL SO VIOLATED! At this point in time, I just want to take the vehicle back even Though I love the vehicle! It just feels like a scam! How do you take advantage of a To flee, hurricane Milton After losing everything in hurricane Helene! And have major damage on there house In North Carolina! I’ve driven Fords on duty for 33 years! Ps the mavericks are great 👍🏼 especially the hybrid! But now I just want to be done with Ford. It’s left a bad taste in my mouth. Part of the issue was that the printer was broken on that Sunday when I was in there trying to flee Milton, so I still have not gotten any paperwork from the vehicle except for online and my account two days ago! We have been so busy trying to fix our damaged properties in Florida in North Carolina! Updated on Veterans Day! I had to drive to North Carolina to get the correct license plates before my insurance company cancels my insurance for wrong state plates! So now I have to pay taxes and plates twice! If I were to get Florida license plates they only cost $5 for 100% disabled veteran registration! Price quoted: $29565 + listed dealer fee $1199 =$30764 -$500 for disabled veteran Or -$500 for first responder discount = $30264 + tax =$32140 Minus $1100 cash down Should be $31040.00 Charged $40332.00 Because they overcharged me for the car, they had to add GAP insurance which was added without my knowledge, even though I have the same insurance through USAA! Not a great way to treat, disabled veterans!

    My wife and I recently purchased a Bronco Outer Banks Edition from Elder Ford. We had search all over the NorthEast and parts of Central Florida for the right Bronco at the right price. When we arrived at Elder Ford, we were politely greeted and what my wife and I liked the most was they were not pushy. We already knew that the Bronco we wanted was on the lot and when we said that was all we wanted to look at, they said ok. We had several quotes from other dealers throughout Florida and Elder Ford did not match them, but beat them on price and trade allowance. If and when we buy another Bronco, we will definitely return to Elder Ford. A Special thanks to our Salesman Jonathan Duran and our Financial Manager Mario Paz Alvarez. Highy Recommended.

    We took a chance on the new trend of ordering online based on the ratings and being told the cars undergo more rigorous inspections. Very untrue. Car we bought was rusted out underneath. It had been in a flood prior on sea water. I was very disappointed as this was to replace my daughters car that was totaled. She was very disappointed as you can imagine. .

    This is by far the worst experience I have every had purchasing a vehicle, new or used. I purchased this certified preowned vehicle remotely. However once the car was delivered to me it was clear it was not actually in certified condition. When the car was delivered to me, it had a very obvious grinding noise. The sales associate I dealt with for my purchase was rude and only seemed interested in me wiring the security deposit to hold the car. Once I sent that he was completely unhelpful, continued to pass responsibility as to why I was not getting the maintenance records and financial documents I had repeated requested. Within three days of having this car in my passion, I had to take it to my local Ford dealership (it was supposedly Blue certified). They confirmed the alternator was failing. Despite me having this car for LESS THAN 72 hours, when my local certified shop attempted to have Elder Ford remedy the situation, they were simply given a phone for the aftermarket warranty, subjecting me to pay a deductible on a car I have had in my possession for This never should have been warranty work, the right thing to do would have been Elder Ford taking care of the repair, a grinding alternator should have never made it through the Pre-Certification process. When I contacted the Service department at Elder Ford myself, I was simply put on the phone with a young female service writer who clearly did not know how to handle the situation herself, I could hear the service manager talking her through what to tall me as he refused to get on the phone with me himself. She was told to inform me that I was welcome to have the vehicle towed back to Elder Ford (over 2 hours away) where the warranty work would need to be done because according to the service advisor, their dealership was the only one who could do the work. This obviously was true as my local ford dealership went above and beyond to not only get the work covered, but got me a rental covered as well. Why would I pay tow a car 2 hours away to have the same work done only to pay a deductible to a dealership that is obviously incompetent and only worried about profit, not their customers. I was informed as the car was certified I could have the car towed via the food pass app, even though I informed the service writer I did not have access to the app since they hadn’t set my account up via the vin number, to this day over a month later, it has still not been set up. Once I had the car back from my local ford dealer , I drove it over an hour away to have it checked out by my closet Certified Honda shop. It was there that I found out, the brake fluid had not been flushed (even though Elder Ford put new brakes all around so they were obviously in contact with the brake fluid). In addition my Honda shop reviewed all the service records (the cars previous owner had been a lease) it was determined the transmission had never been serviced either (this is a cvt transmission, it needs to be serviced more often than traditional transmissions as there is no transmission filter, it is an internal screen that needs to be cleaned) the car was sold to me with mileage due for a transmission service again , something that was marked off on the pre-certification maintained records. The fuel tank actuator also need to be replaced, another $300 repair that I will need to pay out of pocket. So in the first week of owning this vehicle I am now on the hook for over $1000 worth of repairs that never should have been an issue. I will never send anyone to this dealership , to the contrary I will warn anyone and everyone I ever cross paths with in the market for a new or used vehicle. Their customer service is horrible, only to be matched by their dishonest service department.

    Muy mala experiencia en este Dealer,ellos publican los autos en el sitio web en un precio y cuando vas a comprarlo se aparecen con precios muchos más altos..por servicios que usted no pidió..fui a Elder Ford de Tampa a comprar una 2017 F150 que según su sitio web costaba cerca de $35400 dólares ya fuera del Dealer..fui con un cheque en la mano de $36 000 dolares y no pude comprar este camión porque me dijeron que me costaría $40 000 dolares..por cosas que ellos le agregan en el Dealer..tuve que comprar un carro que no me gusta y que el mismo día que lo saque del Dealer presento problemas..dicho carro estaba publicado en un precio y cuando lo fui a pagar,el precio subió mucho más de lo que estaba publicado en el sitio web..estoy muy desencantado de este Dealer..nunca se lo recomendaría a nadie.
