    I requested a quote through Edmunds for a LS460 with a couple of options. I received a one line e-mail response with a VIN number and a price for something much more expensive than the car I requested. The dealer I purchased from gave me a good price with all of the details of what was being quoted and provided fantastic follow up to my questions.

    I am very satisfied with the service I received from my concierge Nick when I picked up a Lexus ES300 H recently at Lexus of Tampa Bay. He was prompt, did not keep us waiting too long. He appeared knowledgeable in reviewing the features of the car. The review and signing of the paperwork was long but Nick was careful to explain the purpose of each form. I received a follow-up call on the next business day to see if I was satisfied with my purchase. The overall experience at the dealership was pleasant with no complaints.

    Excellent experience purchasing a new ES300H. I ordered my car from David S., one of the internet specialists. I had already test drove previously so it was a matter of agreeing to a price. I dealt with David over the internet almost exclusively. The day I ordered I went in to the dealership which he said wasn't necessary and met with David and placed my order. I wanted to order in person because I didn't feel right about making such a large purchase by internet. I appreciated this as other dealers required me to come in before they would let me know what they had in stock or quote me a price. David explained the time frame from that day forward to delivery day. I was kept well informed as to the progress from the week it was to be assembled to the date of leaving Japan to the date of arrival in Jacksonville. Unfortunately David had an accident a few days before delivery. I was then contacted by Jeff Z. who was filling in for David. I took delivery from Jeff who went over many of the features snd settings with us. Jeff let us know about a few of the features we didn't even know about. We have had the car a little over a week now and love it. We have already been contacted by the service department and have a 5000 mile service scheduled. It was a real pleasure dealing with David and Jeff they were straight to the point no games being played. I will be back the next time I am ready for a new car. I highly recommend using the internet for purchasing a car,I wouldn't go back to the old way. The internet was so much less pressured and so much more enjoyable.

    I found a used car on the internet and made an appointment to come see it. The staff in the used car department was very polite and professional. They worked hard to make sure to meet my needs and did a great job. Lexus of Tampa Bay is the best car dealer I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend them.

    We purchased a 2014 ES350 and our overall experience was very positive. Our salesperson is Mark D. who is extremely courteous and professional. Although the dealer had added some options to the car (such as the Theft Protection, Appearance Protection, etc.) that were not expected, the final price was still below the “TrueCar” price that we were offered elsewhere.

    I purchased the 2014 ES300h. Having had a nearly 7-year experience with the 2007 Camry Hybrid, the Lexus was naturally a no-brainer for me. I initially called all around the state looking for my particular color/package. That was a bit frustrating locating the vehicle, speaking with numerous Lexus dealerships around the state, including my local dealership. Fortunately for me, my salesman, Nadir J. at Lexus of Tampa Bay picked up my call. He immediately got to work on locating the vehicle and had it ready for me to evaluate the following day at their dealership in Tampa. He was super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and overall professional, even in the midst of an obviously very busy day at the dealership. (The last day of the year 2013). I never felt hurried or pressured. Again, I realize Nadir sensed I was in a position to purchase that same day, as experienced sales people have a way of knowing. The entire process was very smooth and hassle-free. I really believe a lasting relationship with the Lexus people in Tampa began that day. Definitely my first choice for Lexus purchases in the future. These folks truly work to get you the vehicle and the reasonable deal which we all seek when purchasing a car. No problem recommending them to my friends and colleagues. Keep up the good work Lexus of Tampa Bay. You guys rock!--Oh yes, and I absolutely adore this new ES300h.
