We always see our favorite sales person , Donna Shankmen, who truly looks out for your needs and the perfect vehicle . No upselling just tailoring to your… preferences; love her! The service department is excellent and convenient too. We highly recommend Bramen , Donna , and of course the great BMW vehicles!Fell for hard sell. Now I feel stuck in lease (3 days later)

I fell for all the usual tactics (my fault, I’m out of practice in dealing with car salesmen) and wound up leaving that day with new car. The next day I realized it did not have an option… I consider absolutely essential (adaptive cruise control, standard on Corollas but not 60k car). They said they only had one other car with the option, of course the top of the line model, far more expensive. I didn’t bite. Went back after the weekend, “sorry, nothing we can do”. So 3 days in I feel stuck in a 3 year lease in a car that I’m not really happy with. If this was Joe’s Used Cars I’d understand but this is BMW and a higher end dealership (supposedly). Not happy and will be singing the non-praises of the dealership and car.Great Dealership

I had an outstanding salesperson, Rose Washington, who was so very helpful in explaining everything about the car to help me to decide on the options for my new car. She couldn’t… have been more helpful in this process or more pleasant to work with. Additionally, the sales manager, Adrianna Carelli, helped so much in making a deal that was mutually beneficial. Also, just a pleasure to work with before and after the sale like Rose. When I picked up the X5, I was assisted by BMW Genius, Kasin. I had read the entire manual and watched many YouTube videos to be ready to set the electronics up myself, but Kasin just zipped through the options and made the process so easy. It is so good to know that he will be available if I have a future issue or question. Buying a car from the right dealer is probably more important than finding a better price. The purchase process is relatively quick, but I am confident that the Braman team will take great care of me through the whole ownership process. I am so glad I chose Braman for my new car.Highly recommend!

by Rally on 06/10/2021Our client advisor was excellent. I found the 435i online while on vacation in Orlando. I reached out online and received a call and email in no time at all with the additional information I had requested. Every little detail I asked about… before committing to the 2.5hr drive down to Palm Beach was addressed promptly. Our advisor even replied to text messages after hours to take care of us. The experience at the dealership was even better. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked into the door, even though we were only looking at a used 2016 435i. It was easy to agree on a price and get the paperwork rolling. While there were some delays because of my out of state purchase, it still went quickly. I spent less than 30 minutes with the finance guy which made me happy. Even more importantly they did not push all the additional warranties for every little thing like most other dealers seem to do.Predatory Loan
by Carlos Viana Williams on 03/17/2021Braman BMW, West Palm Beach (Predatory Loan) Recently I bought a 2017 bmw 320i from Braman, did not like the car and wanted to trade it in for a car more suitable to me. Reason for buying the car, had a hit and run accident totaling my 02… bmw m3. These are the figures proving my point. Hopefully someone will read this and prevent this from happening again. 2017 BMW 320i - bought for 22k with 2k down financing 20k Trade in value - 16k, needed to buyout for trade $24k!! 24k + 2k down = 26k - 16k = 10k profit at my expense By definition this is a predatory (upside down) loan. Insult to injury: bmw financing said if they could give me 21k for a trade in if I buy from them, the only problem they don’t have anything on the lot I like. In other words they penalized me $5k for not buying from them! What’s scary is that they will do this to the next guy for another 10k....no respect for the customer, did I mention I’m a senior citizen. I found a car (2017 bmw M240i) I liked at Bmw South Motors for 36k, this is what happened at the trade in. Because Braman required 24k for a vehicle only worth 16k on the trade in I had to pay an additional 9k totaling 45k. South Motors even said that Braman took advantage of me. Talked to Michael at Braman bmw financing, he convinced himself that they did no wrong, figures don’t lie.Frm Mercedes to Mini

We had no intention of purchasing a car during our holiday trip to West Palm Beach but the deal on our vehicle could not be beaten or even matched… by dealers in our area. No surprises at signing. Finance man Alex was also great and did not try to sell us unrccessary and expensive service packages. Will definitely give them a try on our next vehicle, as they were worth the trip!worst service ever
by scoop302 on 08/18/2016Over a year ago I brought my car in to have license plate holes fixed in front bumper. This is Florida, I don't know why they drill 4 holes in a bumper. They said they could fix it, no problem. A couple of days later I went to pick up the… car, it was dark so I didn't get to look at repair. The next day, looking at the repair area, I could see the 4 holes, the paint was wavy, had orange peel in it and was coming off in an area. I called to complain and no one would call me back. I went to another BMW dealer, They said to fix it would be over $3000. I drove over to the dealer to confront them. The service mgr. tried to blame me for the bad repair and then said that I shouldn't have waited so long to go there to complain. It had been 4 months. I explained I had had surgery and was laid up for 3 months, so I didn't see his point. I told him I had called 8 times, and no one would return my calls. He finally said he would get it fixed and to call a service advisor he had talked with to set up the appt. I called 3 days in a row, left messages, and no return call. I went to the sales mgr and he said he would get it fixed. A week and a half later after no action, I called and found out he no longer works there. I start over with a different mgr. He tells me he will give me my money back and I can go get the car fixed to "meet my expectations." I told him it was Bramans responsibility to fix what they broke, not mine. I found out that they had some company come to the dealership and fix and paint the car outside in the parking lot. If I had known this, I never would have agreed to the repair. Now it is back in the hands of the first service mgr. who said they would call me that afternoon or monday. It is now 2 weeks later, and no calls. It is now just over a year since the original work was done, and they just will not do the right thing and fix the problem. I also took the car in for service 4 months ago, they said they had to reprogram the computer. Ever since, my phone will not work with the car unless I clear settings and start over. I would take it back, but the service is so bad, I am afraid they will mess up the car even more and I will have real problems. I wouldn't trust this dealer to fix a flat on my bicycle. I will be trading in this vehicle and going to Mercedes, a place braman doesn't own.Outstanding Overall Service
