After meeting with Ishmail Merritt (the sale associate for Land Rover of Palm Beach), we decided to get a Range Rover instead. Ishmail took the time to… explain and gave us a product knowledge of all the features on the vehicle even-though he knew what our preference were. By showing his professionalism, attitude friendly, and experience, we chose a Range Rover over the Cayenne. We had a great buying experience and owe it all to Ishmail Merritt!Very helpful and creative

Saved the million phone calls back and forth:) Made a fair deal and loved the off road track, pretty fun. The place is huge… and very clean. It doesn't feel like a dealership, they don't swarm around you as soon as you get out of your car and the inside is like walking into a log cabin. Very relaxed and comfortable. I worked w/ the Internet staff and then a nice british guy named Rich who really knew his stuff. Worked out a good deal and off I went. Altogether ( and I can't believe I am saying this about a visit to a dealership) it was a pleasant afternoon. Will definately go back for my next Rover!We loved our experience!
