    I brought my 5 series in because of a charging malfunction. Turns out there were a few issues that needed attention. Chris Wetteland was my service rep and he did a great job explaining the problems, quoting me a fair price (for a dealership), and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy (not just satisfied) with the service I received. I left confident that my car is as it should be and I'm happy I brought my car to Fields BMW of Winter Park.

    First time having service done to my purchased BMW. I was very pleased with the courteousness starting with my appointment being set to my Service Adviser (Gaston 🙂) who was very kind and knowledgeable as to what my service needs were. They made a lasting impression!

    Chris was able to accommodate a short notice service appointment with ease. The video service review once the service was completed was a great no contact alternative to the excellent service I’ve come to expect from Fields

    Fields by far provides the best service hands down. They do more than just Service our cars, they make you feel like a VIP. They’re very accommodating, personable, super friendly, caring and all around just awesome folks. We’d rather drive the 50+ miles and pay tolls to Fields than 20 miles to the closest dealer to us.

    Service was excellent Competed on time Provided transportation from and to while service was completed. Provided a video inspection of vehicle before we even arrived to pickup the vehicle. Very nice touch

    Anastasia was terrific, her and the other girl that was working with her was working hard to get loaners out to customers. Bmw kept me informed on all the service that was occurring. My rep Josh was great and kept me updated on everything.

    Even though they are going through a major remodel they still show the utmost professionalism and keep you informed of your vehicle. Marco my service advisor is first class professional and informative.

    I drive all the way to BMW of Winter park (South Orlando is way closer) because the staff is so much friendlier. I always deal with Mike from service, and he is the sweetest guy. He was away from his desk when I arrived last time,and the other service reps greeted me right away. People don’t realize that just acknowledging the guest (even if they need to wait) right away goes such a long way. I even ran into one of the sales reps (Cesar Rodriguez), and he was super pleasant. I have been in hospitality for years, and the number one thing I look for is people being very courteous and prompt. Love this BMW and the people who work here. Great job.

    The repair process was streamlined and efficient,I especially liked the service estimate video that I was provided. Gaston did a great job communicating the progress throughout. He worked with my extended warranty to complete all of the repairs in a timely manor. The rear suspension and oil leak is repaired and mtcar is now running perfectly.

    Service conducted on car successfully. I requested 3 additional service components that were not done. I did not receive a call that my car was ready. When I got there, my service rep was on the phone throughout our conversation. I waited to speak to him and had to leave. I texted and called after I left and there has been no response. It’s been 3 days. Is there a change in management? There’s certainly a change in service. It’s poor.

    My service provider was Jay Barnett. I was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail and service Mr. Barnett provided. A 5 star isn't nearly enough to describe the impeccable VIP treatment I recieve from Mr. Barnett. He clearly deserving of a solid 10. Thank you for employing such outstanding representation of your organization. This is the reason why I continue to return to Fields BMW for service and would recommend anyone to utilize services from Mr. Barnett.

    Excellent service! The dealership is under massive renovations and yes, there are some inconveniences but nothing horrible. My service advisor was outstanding and my sales rep came to service to say hello! Excelled communication!
