by Bill K on 03/09/2020Took my uncle to Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, FL. He bought a 2020 Santa Fe Limited. You just bought there a few months ago. Had an incredible experience with Aubrie again. She really treats you right and makes the experience extremely… enjoyable.Sales team was great

by rowingmyway on 05/20/2015I returned to Holler Hyundai to buy my own car after my daughter had such a great experience. David Oliver and Ed in finance were professional, courteous and confident in their guidance to make sure I purchased the car that met my needs and… kept it affordable. Everyone I encountered, even if not directly involved in my transaction, was plesant and helpful. Overall though. David Oliver is the one to help you get it done!A Happy Customer!
by AngKH on 03/04/2015Holler Hyundai and Ronnie Herman are #1 in my book!! I just started my second lease and couldn't be happier! Dan was my first salesperson (so wonderful) and when he retired it was my great fortune to get Ronnie as my new/current sales… person! Ronnie is great! She guided me through the transition of my first lease into my second seamlessly. Ronnie's knowledge, enthusiasm and genuine concern that I was comfortable in all aspects of the process made the whole experience...dare I say it, ENJOYABLE! Whaaat? Not the word typically used when buying/leasing a car! But Ronnie Herman did provided an enjoyable experience with excellent customer service and you should ask for her when you visit Holler Hyundai!! Angela H.Mediocre
by Sigma100 on 02/12/2015I think that the dealership is just ok. They miss on the refinements that really professional dealerships consider to be standard. Here is my story so far. In September, while waiting for service on my 2012 Hyundai, i asked a salesman… to show me a 2015 with a particular configuration. The computer showed that one was in inventory. In the heat of the day, he had me follow him around the lot and the overflow lot. We never found it and I suggested that he could call me later so I could see it. I told him that my lease was near its end and I would need to trade. He never called. After doing some research, i used Costco auto buying service who took me to Holler. I refused to deal with the guy who did not follow up with me and instead dealt with Shayna. The deal was smooth and I drove out with my new Sonata. Strangely, i never got any telephone follow up from Shayna or anyone else in the Sales organization. This is probably my 15th car purchase. In every other transaction, the sales guy called to follow up for technical questions and asked forreferrals. That just seems like good business practice. Perhaps they determined that calling prospective or actual customers does not produce more revenue. As a side note, i bought the most advanced technology for safety and convenience. In order to get all that, i had to take the built in navigation system. The total cost for all the extra features was about $4500. The safety tech is great and worth the cost. The Navigation system, on the other hand, is junk. The maps are years out of date, get confused easily and do not use obvious routes. i must often consult Google maps to get where I am going. Curiously, Hyundai is totally aware of the problems but has no plans to address them. Since this is such a dissatisfier, you would think that they would be working to solve the problem.Excellent Service!!

by ivia on 09/29/2014Went in to buy a new Equus thinking that Hyundai are indeed ready to step up their game. This is the second time we are trying to buy a car there thinking that the previous time was just a single bad experience (previous time we bought same… day at a different dealership that respects their clients). We were extremely disappointed to learn that such an amazing car will be hindered by a dealership that is just not honest with very poor client approach. They keep stating that they are honest with a no haggle price. I really liked it coming in and was planning to close on a car quickly. After talking to the sales person, closing on the car we wanted we arrived at the dealership to find out that the car 'was sold two hours ago' and maybe we want a different one. The sales manager explained that it was traded and he did not know. The sales person said that someone else wanted to buy the car but they did not run his credit yet. Obviously one of them was lying.. The owner of this business should either be ashamed of his company or ashamed of his employees but the business reality is that he lost a sale of two cars today. What a waste of time. After our experiences and based on talking with others, I have no doubt that many of their good reviews are submitted by their own people.Awesome Salesman.
by Ckoontz on 08/11/2014This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Holler Hyundai. Both experiences have been fantastic. This time, my salesman Shawn T was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I was looking at several different cars. I ended… up purchasing a Genesis Coupe. and I am so happy with this car!! Shawn helped explain all of the technology in this car in a way that I could understand. I would definately reccommend Holler Hyundai. Best salesman and Dealership ever!!Best Dealer Experience I've ever had!!!
by dmilitaru on 12/02/2010After going to several dealerships that pressured you until you finally get disgusted, it was such a pleasure to come to a dealership that had no hassles and no pressures. When we arrived at the Holler Hyundai dealership, my salesperson,… Christopher Shimp pleasantly greeted us, let us test drive whatever we were interested in, told us about the lowest, no haggle pricing, was very knowledgeable about the cars, and gave us full details about everything we were interested in with no pressures. I was amazed about his patient and attention to details in answering all my questions with a high grade of professionalism. After telling him my needs, he recommended me the best car and best options. Then we discussed with James Addis, financial Services Representative. He presented us all the financial options, he obtained the best rates and loan option. I decided to postpone the buying until the next day in order to have all these analyzed and discussed with my family. The next day, I went back and purchased a new 2011 Sonata. The extra's made all the difference. The whole process from the time we walked in, made our decision, went through the finance area, and home with our new car was a pleasant and wonderful experience. We were in and left with a brand new shiny car in about an hour. I was amazed and delighted since, taking in consideration my experience with other dealers, I was prepared to spend at least 6 hours in the office. I want to tank to Chris Shimp for all the attention and recommendations he made and to James Addis for his dedication and speed in solving issues. Thank you. I will be your costumer for life.Great Place to Buy a Car
by jditore1 on 11/21/2010I have had two awesome experience's with Winter Park Hyundai. About a year ago my wife and purchased a 09 Sante Fe. The car great, we are so satisfied with it, and the best part is we knew that we received a great deal. My sales rep was… Dale Humphreys, ( I would ask for him if you decide to purchase a car from there,) he was so friendly and straight to the point. He told us up front that he doesn't work on commission but on car sales. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything that we needed and we were satisfied with our purchase. It was the best experience that I had purchasing a car. After agreeing to terms we visited the finance the department which in most places if you don't know is were dealerships really try to rob you. Shannon Kominowski gave us the rate that we wanted with no hassle and advised us of all of the warranty options and which ones are the most popular. Great job guys! See you next time for sure! My next time visiting WP Hyundai was November 19th. Once again I contacted Dale and told him I was coming in to look at a 2011 Sonata. He was very knowledgeable of all the different models of the Sonata. Long story short. I was looking for a special Sonata. An SE without the NAV package. They didn't have the color I wanted so I told Dale to contact me if one came in. Two weeks later Dale called me and told me that the SE that I wanted was very hard to get in black. So he said lets try the Se with NAV and see if we can workout a deal. So I came in, drove the vehicle and worked out a deal. I didn't but it that day but two days later I did. I got pretty much the payment I wanted with all the bells and wistles. This time I visited Dale with the finance team. He was great, he had me out of there so fast I couldn't believe it. I was in and out in and hour. You have two customers for life!I can't believe what is in my garage!
by t3j on 11/04/2010Approaching the dealership we headed right to the pre-owned lot. Why? Because years ago I said I would never buy a new car - buy a 1-2 year old car and let somebody else buy the new car smell and the depreciation. So when Ronnie the… salesperson asked, "Have you considered a Hyundai?" I rolled my eyes and said she could practice her pitch on us (felt I owed her at least that since she walked us out to a pre-owned Acadia that we instantly ruled out because of the captain seats in the second row. What transpired over the next hour was the closest thing to an out-of-body experience I can recall in recent years. First, my wife fell in love with a Veracruz (this isn't someone's last name, it is Hyundai's 7 seat crossover). Then came the test drive - she was nearly giddy up front driving while I sat in the back repeating to myself, "This is a Hyundai? This is a Hyundai?" As I was tensing up for the hard sales close, I was disappointed, because there wasn't one. Ronnie was fine with me saying, "Well, you've given us plenty to think about" when she simply replied, "That's fine, we'll be here for you when you are ready to make a decision." Two days later we returned for one final look - perhaps we just got caught up in the moment earlier - but upon the second look we were just impressed. What then happened was truly an out-of-body experience. No haggling, no negotiating, no tricks, no "well, let me run that by my manager"... a fair price ($1,000+ less than the Edmunds TMV I had in my hand). Ronnie and the rest of the Holler staff was simply fantastic. Do yourself two favors if you are in the market for a car - check out a Hyundai and if you are in the Central Florida area, definitely do it at Holler Hyundai.Best Vehicle Purchasing Experience I've ever had!!!
by cj28 on 10/25/2010After going to several dealerships that pressured you until you finally just left, it was such a pleasure to come to a dealership that had no hassles and no pressures. I did my homework on both the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and what my… trade-in vehicle was worth. When we arrived at the Holler Hyundai dealership, my salesperson, Chris L. pleasantly greeted us, let us test drive whatever we were interested in, told us about the lowest, no haggle pricing, was very knowledgeable about the cars, and gave us full details about everything we were interested in with no pressures. Then when it came time to price my trade-in, Chris the Manager test drove it, pulled up all the cars in the area on computer that were comparable, and basically showed us exactly how he came to the fair trade in price, which was exactly in the ball park of what I expeced. They even printed a check for the amount quoted, and said it was good for 7 days or 300 miles, and would be honored even if we chose to go to another dealership. We left with all the information to think about prices, and what options would be best for us, with no pressures whatsoever from them to stay unitl we bought - like the other dealerships we encountered that day. The next day, I went back and purchased a new 2011 Sonata with all the bells and whistles. The extra's made all the difference. The whole process from the time we walked in, made our decision, went through the finance area, and home with our new car was a pleasant and wonderful experience.Pleasant sales experience overall...don't like the "no haggle" pricing !!
by gameday22 on 06/27/2010The sales staff/manager was very nice to deal with and the entire process of getting my Genesis did not take very long. The sales manager (Scott) dealt with me directly and did not try to give me the runaround on my trade in.… The cars on their lot really need to be cleaned, there is no reason the vehicles should be allowed to sit and get so dirty. It's a real turn off when your looking at a car that costs $40k+ and seeing them all covered in dust/dirt and bird droppings. The interior of a couple of the new Genesis's were also dirty, with grease spots all over the leather and doors. The car was sent back to be "detailed" but it was only a fair job if that in comparison to how I would expect it to be done on a new car. I had to go have it professionally detailed....it required a clay cleaning and re-waxing to restore it to the new car shine/luster you would expect to see it in; (at a cost of $140 to me to have it professionally detailed inside and out). The finance manager explained everything in great detail and was not pushy about the extended warranty options or other maintenance packages etc... he simply told me what was available and the prices for each one and left it up to me to decide what I would like if anything. I felt this approach was much nicer then the typical way most try to force them upon you. Everything else about the experience was pleasant and everyone there was helpful.Older car buyers watch out!!!
by dodneyfitz on 02/23/2010I took my 77 yr old mom out car shopping for a new car for what ever reasonshe was interested in a new Hyundai she started out with a newspaper add from another dealership ( where everybody rides) but that deal ended abruptly when they… held her drivers license for ransom untill she came in to make the deal on the new car. well that didn't fly so I took her to Holler Hyundai to find a car for her and we found it a 2011 Sonata Dark Red fully loaded haggled a little on the price ended up with a price without her trade of $24,640 said her tradewas only worth $500 so we took it out of the deal came to an agreement on saturday with the closer for $24,100 cash Brought my Mom in to pick up the car he has jacked up the price by $700 wanting $24,800 for the car his responce was thats my new selling price on the car take it or leave it. I guess he felt since my Mom really wanted the car she would just shell out the extra doughbecouse she is old & not as smart as he is. Well as you can guess we didnt take the car I went to Holler corperate office and asked for Mr Holler to call me to discuss this way of doing business but of course he hasn't and I don't expect he will but I do have the agreement for $24,100. And strangly enough Hyundai froze all sales on 2011 sonatas today Tues 2/11/2010 maybe he was just to embarresed to tell us about the door lock defect what a [violative content deleted]. Mr Holler if your reading this my Mom can afford to pay cash for pretty much any car she wants to bad it doesnt look like its going to be one of yours. SORRy :(GREAT Customer Service and Follow-up
by jmo7 on 09/22/2009I purchased my second used car from Holler. I can only tell you that both experiences were fantastic. They are kind and very professional. Any issues are resolved quickly. I highly recommend getting you next used or new car from the… Holler Family.Really Enjoyable Car Buying Experience
by winterparker on 12/23/2007This is a small dealership and has a homey feeling. The sales manager is located right up front where you can see him as you talk to your salesman - no salesman running to another room to get a price from the manager. My salesman and the… sales manager were both very pleasant and helpful. I asked for quotes from several dealerships in advance and asked to be contacted by e-mail only. This is the one dealership that honored that request and didn't hound me by telephone. If you do your homework and have your price quotes and TMV price from Edmunds, and know the car and optional equipment you want, you can't go wrong with this dealership. They gave me a very competitive price. They didn't have the car with the options I wanted in stock, but located one and had it ready for me in 1 day. After the purchase I remembered that I wanted rubber mats instead of carpet mats for the interior, and immediately they gave them to me free of charge and let me keep the carpet mats too. Don't get me wrong, like any big ticket item you need to exercise due diligence in making the purchase, even at a good dealership like this. Examples - the manager told me they only made rubber mats for the front floor of the car, but I had the printout from the Hyundai web site that showed the front and rear rubber mats. At that point he called in the back and ordered the rear mats for me and they came in the next day. Since they were giving me these for free, no complaints from me. Also the finance manager was very nice to deal with - pleasant, also no high pressure. But again, exercise due diligence. He explained the maintenance plans to me, and I ended up purchasing one for 5 years routine sceduled maintenance since I bring my car to the dealer religiously anyway every 3000 miles. When quoting the price for these plans he told me $300 something dollars and I assumed that was the cost of the plan. When he gave me the purchase paperwork to sign the plan was $900 something dollars. Turns out the $300 something price he quoted was what my total monthly payment would be with the car payment plus the maintenance plan. Good thing I caught that the price was 3 times what I thought it would be. Still not terrible for all scheduled dealer maintenance for 5 years, but not what I expected. I did tell him all this and he apologized for not making it clear. Lesson I learned - be sure you ask for the total cash price of any optional maintenance plans so you can judge if they're worth it to you. The finance guy also told me that the sales manager forgot to add $80 for a mandatory documentary stamp into the price estimate and that he had to add that. I told him that I would be unhappy if the price of the car was more than what I was quoted and the finance guy immediately said he couldn't do anything about the required stamp, but would lower the car price to compensate. He lowered the car price to more than compensate for the $80 stamp. That did make me happy! So to reiterate - do your homework on price and options, and exercise due diligence with everyone you deal with, and this is a very good dealership. Plus the fact that it is not one of those mega-dealerships was a real plus for me.Great Dealership
by wendye on 12/12/2007After visiting several other dealerships in the Orlando area and being completely disgusted by their lack off honesty, we called Holler Hyundai. We were looking for a Hyundai Sonata and had already been tricked into going to 2 other… dealership with them saying"This is the price you'll pay for this car. Every other Hyundai dealer will try to cheat you except us" Well needless to say those other dealerships upped the price the minute we walked in the door. So when I called Holler I was skeptical. I spoke with Sherman from the internet dept. and he gave me a price. He referred me to salesman Quan at Holler who treated us wonderfully. The price was exactly as we had been told it would be. The guy from the finance dept at Holler was also great. No strong arm tactics.
About our dealership
Dodneyfitz here again . After leaving Holler Hyundai both my mom and I were surprised and depressed. My mom wasn't too upset (she was of the impression she had just saved herself $25K). So the next morning I stopped in at Holler Chevrolet in Winter Park and talked with Elmer Shifflett General Manager and told him what had happened. He listened to me for 45 minutes then asked me to wait in the showroom for a few minutes while he made a couple of phone calls. By the end of the next day I had received a call from Frank Hamner with the Holler Automotive Group. He assured me that someone would be in contact with me in the next few days and this problem would be solved to our satisfaction. Within a few days I got a call from Chris Terrell the Sales Manager I first met when I found the car in the back of the lot on my first visit to the dealership. He was also the Sales Manager that should have originally worked up the deal for us but our schedules never worked out. He told me Mr. Hamner had worked out a special price for the car for my mother and that the car had been serviced, detailed and made ready for delivery. The new adjusted price was agreeable with my mother and tonight 03/03/2010 the new 2011 Sonata she fell in love with is asleep in her garage. Special thanks to Elmer Shifflett of Holler Chevrolet who cared enough to really get involved. (worlds best General Manager also), To Chris Terrell the self proclaimed angel of Holler Hyundai( you would be the General Manager there if I had my way) and last but not least, The invisible Mr. Hamner (walk softly and carry a big stick ) you all have my sincere appreciation. You put out 110% and came out smelling like roses. I thank you. Dodneyfitz :)
