Great Experience!
by dwitex on 03/29/2011updated 04/29/2025Just bought a new 2011 Santa Fe Limited at Holler Hyundai. Best Car buying experience ever. No hassels or haggling. List Price, Dealer discounts and standard rebates shipping and final prices clearly posted on window sticker. And gee, guess… what - not one surperfolous dealer added item on any of the 30 or so cars that I looked at. Yep large selection of Santa Fe's. Only saw one Tucson and they are in real short supply at all the area dealers that I checked for that car. Was thinking of perhaps getting that style, really sharp but settled on the Santa Fe. My salesman Hector; Sales Manager Scott (who gave me afair price for my trade right up front; and Finance person Kimberly happly stayed after normal closing to get my deal done and car ready. Hector did a great good of explaining how everything worked. Great car, great price, great deal, great experience.Great Purchase Experience

The selection was good, the price attractive, and the warranty was unbeatable. We went to Holler, and Fred met us at the door. It was… all very simple, no haggling, no surprises. The same was true with the Finance team. A minor point - one thing the Finance team could do better is show the contrast between the excellent warranty/service packages on offer versus the standard warranty package. We will shortly be heading back to Holler to look for a car for our son, and we will call Fred directly in advance.great buying experience

We shopped for a year on and off, he was the only sales person that kept in touch with us out of 4 different brands we had shopped. He… had very good people skills with an honest approach. that is why we came back and purchased from him and holler.The other dealers in town ,and we went to all of them use in some cases very false/misleading advertising which is a joke.in allot of cases they could not even find the car they where advertising.We would recommend this dealer and sales person to anyone looking to purchase a car,we are extremely happy with our purchase. He also explained that he wasn't there to pressure me to purchase my vehicle but to aid with the purchase in a way that a friend would help if you needed assistance with something. However, all thoughts of heavy-handed salespeople & long drawn-out confrontations with closing agents went out the window on my visit with Holler Hyundai… & Ronnie. I immediately felt at ease & was blown away by everyone's laid back demeanor & desire to truly find my husband & I the car that would fit our needs. I had driven a Hyundai Tucson for 7 years that had 160,000 miles on it & had NO problems, so I really wanted to get another one since I had such a good experience. I previously owned an Infiniti and loved it. I was very concerned about going with a Hyundai but after checking… both the Acura and Infiniti, I decided to take a chance with the Hyundai and I am glad I did. I got a much better car for far less money. It looks great too especially with the wing package. I got the tech package and option for option it beats Acura and Infiniti hands down. No other Hyundai dealer in central Florida could even come close to Holler's price and there was no hassle once you understand price, it is what it is. Michael the sales person was great; he explained everything and patiently worked through the deal (which was no easy task given I had my opinionated wife and son with me). Lastly, the tire air pressure light went off so I took into the service area. Rob in service got me in and out within 15 minutes and put on a front license plate at no charge. I am a cheap bean counter who wants value and service, I got it at Holler. Remember every day is a Hyundai!Oustanding Sales Experience

The entire process of our purchase of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited demonstrated the highest possible level of poise and professionalism. From the… moment he handed my wife the keys to the moment we signed the documents, the automobile was ours. I think that Mr. M. positive and powerful presentation made us feel that we were owners right from the start. Of course, he did not push the product but he guided the sale. I have met several salesmen, but no one bought us lunch. Mr. Edwin offered us Dominoes Pizza and a Coke for lunch. During the sale, the manager, Mr. Chris, arrived and made adjustments in the price without any haggling. We knew the TMV of the vehicle and Mr. M. exceeded our expectations of buying the car.Extremely Pleased

He was very thorough and very patient and we enjoyed working with him. I wanted to meet him Monday morning at 9:30 and even though he was not… scheduled to come in till noon he met me. Same thing with delivery of the car the next day he was scheduled to get off at 6 yet waited till 7:15 for us to pick up our new Hyundai Santa Fe. He was extremely thorough going through the manuals and showing us all the Bells and Whistles on the vechicle. As I was ready to leave he remarked its raining and actually went outside to pull the new car under an area that we would not get wet. I would 100 percent reccommend purchasing your next vehicle through Juan C. My wife remarked to his manager that when we purchased her $60,000 Lincoln Navigator they werent half as thorough as Juan C. was. In fact in explaining the backup camera system my wife remarked so thats how those lights worked as they had failed to tell her that about the Lincoln,New car purchase
