Saved our Trip Home After Christmas

Arrived about 3:15, and they replaced both rear tires by 5. Great service.Greg, we're glad to hear that our team at Athens BMW could get you back on the road so quickly! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was treated with the… utmost respect and professionalism—something I simply did not receive during my entire time at Jeep of Athens. Mustapha went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, providing a level of personalized service that exceeded all expectations. The repair costs for my i8 Roadster were incredibly reasonable, and I was even provided with a detailed video of the inspection—something Jeep has never offered. The transparency and attention to detail demonstrated by Mustapha and the entire BMW team were truly remarkable. What stood out most was the respect and kindness shown by everyone at the dealership, further reinforcing my review. I NEVER leave reviews and because of the way I was treated because I have a dealership to compare it to, I had to post this. College kids SOS

We are not from the area so weren’t sure what to expect with this dealership as far as unnecessary added charges etc ;) . We have never been more impressed!… Mustapha is hands down the kindest, most honest, most helpful, most professional and knowledgeable service representative we have ever dealt with. If he’s not manager yet he should be in his way! The technician was quick, clean, knowledgeable and professional. Our daughter said her car has never felt better! Thank you Mustapha for giving us peace of mind knowing our daughter is driving safely while away from home!Jennifer, we're delighted to hear that Mustapha and our team at Athens BMW provided such exceptional service for your daughter's brake change appointment. X5 3.5d Battery Changeout = Chassis Stablization Error Message = ???
by Longtimer on 06/21/2024The Customer Service Tech was excellent; Mustafa. (sp?). Good followup, handled me beautifully, and with grace. Good guy. Kept me informed and up to speed while i waited in the lobby & wandered aimlessly in the lot and eyeballed the… merch on the shop floor. Great sense of humor. The 4 Stars is for the dealership as this vehicle had a brand new battery installed, correctly, reprogramed the ECU for it, and after that the ECU's would not reset on the steering wheel "reset" lock to lock and ECU flush for codes. We tried. The car was eventually addressed by Athens BMW (Greenville BMW wanted it flat-bedded into them, a joke), and $557 + $324 = $891 later had a car that would run normally. Ridiculous high pricing for a battery changeout. Next car I purchase will not be one of these. I love my two BMW's but the Customer "Service" $$$ business model is horrible. Changing a battery should not be brain surgery.Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear that Mustafa provided excellent service and kept you well-informed at Athens BMW. I have always had a good experience and I drive an hour and a half to get there. He had the X5 ready when we arrived at the dealership. Athens… BMW gave us a fair and reasonable trade in price. We completed the deal and drove home in our New BMW. Terry called us the next day to check on use and the New Car Experience and advised us he is there for us! He is Knowledgeable, Courteous and Professional, Yes, Terry is the Greatest!Kathy, it's great to know that Terry provided such excellent guidance throughout your car-buying process at Athens BMW.
