    This 2016 X5 is the third BMW I have purchased from Global Import. I have dealt with the same sales person each time. He is highly professional and knowledgeable. The dealership is well managed, clean, and friendly. I have not had to use the Service Department often, but when I have, it has been an excellent experience. The new Genius program word well.

    I first called for a service appointment. I was told to just show up. I needed a loaner but was not offered one. I called back to request one and was then given appointment time but was told it was first come first served. Fortunately, I did not have to wait. However, I had to call to check up on my car, no one called me except to say it needed strut replacement. Had I not called I guess they would still have my car! When we went to pick it up, we waited to return the loaner, and wait 15 minutes for my car to be brought up.

    I have been having my BMW's serviced at Global BMW for 10 years. They always do a fantastic job. Keep their promises, provide me with a loaner vehicle, friendly service advisors. They are the best!

    My only comment has to do with the scheduling. When I first made my appointment the person who did the scheduling told me that my service was only going to be 90minutes so no to loaner. When I arrived my technician told me it was going to be 3-4 hours which I was not prepare to stay for. I needed to reschedule and come back next week in order to get a loaner. No reason to have to come twice.

    I visited Global Imports yesterday to get my front brakes replaced. Kyle McCall is my Service Advisor. He is friendly, knowledgeable and follows through on any commitments he makes. Yesterday, I requested that the work be completed as early as possible and received a call from Kyle informing me the car was ready. He called about two hours sooner than I expected...great experience!

    I had a flat tire. The BMW road side assistance person set up an appointment for y car to be picked up at 6:30 am the next morning. The driver showed up at 9:30 am. Three hours late. I was told my car would be returned the same day. I had to take a taxy to work the next day. I had to make my client wait while I went out to get and park my car while I was at work the next day. I will never use this service again.

    My experience with Global imports was excellent! From the initial email communication to the final sale and vehicle pick-up was absolutely painless. Nicholas kept in contact with me over a six month period after I made an initial inquiry about a vehicle and then beat every other off by other dealers that I had received. I highly recommend Global Imports.

    I recently purchased a 6 series from Global Imports BMW and had a great experience. Car was in advertised condition and the whole process took less than 3 hours. Excellent service by Clint in Sales and Rene in Financing. Would definitely recommend Global Imports!

    If you want to ensure the time of the customer is valued, then there must be additional considerations made to upgrade the legal/financial paperwork signing process. I knew exactly what car I wanted, received great customer service leading up to the purchase event from the Sales guy Roman and already had cash in hand. The caviat was that there were no Finance Managers available and once they became available an additional hour was spent preparing before I had an opportunity to simply purchase the vehicle. Mortgage lenders, capital investors and most proprietary vehicle lending institutions have tranisitioned over to E contracts with everything essentially signed for on a tablet and a copy of the full contract emailed directly to the individual within 5 minutes of signing. Not to mention reducing the time between making the decision and actually closing the deal. The actual process of waiting for somene to take the money from me and sign for the vehicle took longer than it probably should have in my opinion. Not to mention I missed my flight that was scheduled to depart almost 3 hours after I arrived to the dealership for the purchase. Great car and staff though...
