    I really can't say enough good things about this dealership. My 2023 Ford Bronco Sport has had three recalls since I purchased it in October 2023. While that doesn't give me great confidence in my new vehicle, I will say that this dealership has bent over backwards to help me out. Since I am charged with taking care of my 88 year old mother, Ricky has been instrumental in providing me with pick-up and drop-off service of my Bronco. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a new vehicle.

    I don't usually write reviews, but if this helps someone, my husband traded in the F-150, which he had for 16 years with approximately 365,000 miles. He purchased 2017 F-150 with approximately 92,000 miles --- we get it home, it has MYKEY on it--he can't drive over 80 mph and can't turn up the music. Of course, we tried to YouTube how to fix it, but I was like, wow, they wouldn't have caught that before you drove off. Within three days-- 1) We discovered he was overcharged for the truck. They added over $1500 for the $1000 given for the trade-in; he has a very high credit score, which is charged over 9%. We're still waiting for that check, which they said would be coming. 2) I believe they left the MYKEY on it to defraud whoever ended up with the vehicle because the skipping started immediately. Then the check engine light came on..TRANSMISSION, maybe ENGINE, I still don't know 3) We thought LUCKILY we purchased an overpriced warranty --Guess what? They didn't want to give my husband a loaner vehicle -- I waited over 30 minutes for a vehicle that was supposed to be being cleaned and gassed up. Only to be offered the service vehicle, which was still filthy, with a sign stating it couldn't be purchased, and it was so dusty on the inside that I got choked up. I refused that vehicle; I was then given a Ford Edge that almost ran out of gas before I could get 15 minutes up the road to pick up my daughter 4) Today is Tuesday, 9/17/2024-- no one called with an update; when I finally reached someone, I was told I needed to speak with the Sales Manager who's busy of course because the service department won't work on the vehicle until the warranty contract kicks in which could take 30 days unless management gets involved -- So we are stuck thousands of dollars in debt, no customer service, no warranty that works, no truck, no truck-- they keep saying things are at CORPORATE, they are waiting for someone their to make a decision- which seems like another LIE because they are independently owned. I am very disappointed after all the positive reviews I saw. I'll keep you posted.

    Bernard Wingard, our service advisor, is always very knowledgable and honest. He keeps us advised as to things that will need to be done in the near future but doesn't push unnecessary repairs. It is VERY much appreciated! He is great! Service is always prompt as well without ridiculous wait times.

    My salesman Robert Elliott was very accommodating by picking me up at the airport and letting me test drive the vehicle all the way back to Carrollton. This is my second vehicle I have bought from him and I flew in from Florida to do so. I told Robert earlier this year that I was looking for a second vehicle to purchase and what I wanted, he found it for me and notified me as soon as it came in. I bought it over the phone because I trust his judgement. He made sure the vehicle was in perfect condition. I was quickly approved within a few minutes and the finance paperwork/process was fast. I enjoy working with this dealership.

    Robert Elliott was an amazing salesman. Absolutely zero pressure on anything. He was very laid back, friendly and hepful. It felt like buying a car from a friend. The whole process was seamless. We will be back for our next car purchase!

    Had an issue happen with my car late the night before I brought it in to the service department, so couldn't call to set an appointment. Was there when they opened up, & told Bernard the issue. Thought I'd have to wait a while to be squeezed into the schedule but they pulled my car in immediately to inspect it so I'd know exactly what was wrong and how long it take to fix it. They fixed the issue in a fraction of the time and cost someone else would've, & it didn't helped me stay on schedule for the day. Had a long distance to travel that day , so it was comforting to know the work that needed to be done was handled early in the day & I could travel with peace of mind b/c the work that was done increased the safety of the car. Thanks Bernard and staff, you all always treat me like I'm 1st time.customer and I leave satisfied with the service.

    Lamar Musick was awesome, he took the time to make sure we was there when he had no other distractions and knew the information we needed to know for the F-150 we would like to purchase. I got exactly the engine Transmission and rearend I needed for work. Tom had all paperwork ready when we went back to his office no wasted time was in and out within a couple of hours.

    The service manager at Pugmire Ford in Carrollton, GA, is always friendly, professional and willing to help. He takes time to explain any issues with your automobile and answers any questions in terms the customer understands. The service manager acknowledges each customer when they walk in. Even if he is busy, you can always count on an acknowledgement look from him.
