2024 Expedition Max Purchase
by Edgar 626 on 02/14/2025
We recently had a fair and smooth transaction with this dealership. The value offered for our trade was fair and we took advantage of a great sale offer on a remaining 2024 Expedition Max. We appreciate that the dealership valued our time… and all went well. Many thanks to the staff involved, including our salesman and the dealership manager.

Great Staff and Experience
by edp1963 on 10/25/2015The entire staff worked hard to for several days to find a way for me to afford the new truck. No one was pushy or went for a pressure sale. They were just patient an methodical through out the entire process. Great Team!Great service, gorgeous car!
by Gray9390 on 08/19/2015updated 10/22/2015I purchased a 2016 escape. It is a gorgeous car! Our salesperson was really nice and extremely helpful. The only complaint I have is that I assumed there was navigation in the vehicle because of the touch screen sync3. I never told the… salesman and he didn't directly ask. Everyone did some assuming and in the end he offered to have it installed at additional cost. I decided to wait. The staff was an outstanding group of guys. For the first time I didn't feel taken advantage of or pushed by the saleman or any other memember of the staff.I have already recommended someone to the dealership.love my car

by jordankennedy on 09/21/2015I worked with Mary at Courtesy. She was fantastic! I was very picky about what I wanted and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for me. She took all the details and requests I was looking for and found me a wonderful… Focus that I LOVE! I'm a first time buyer and was worried about financing but she and the finance manager were able to get me 0% APR with the current promotion. Thank you Mary, you're the best!Great service

by jpalmer015 on 09/04/2015I was in and out in little time. While I waited, I was able to connect to WiFi and do some work, which was a nice convenience. I always bring my vehicle to Courtesy Ford for service and will continue to do so.pleasant truck buying experience
by TMAnderson on 09/03/2015Our sales person Chris S. Was very nice and patient. Devon went out of his way to help us with some hiccups we had with being underwater on one vehicle and suggested we think about trading in our other vehicle. It seems the staff has chg'd… for the better since we bought our last vehicle there. Jay Miles was very helpful in figuring out, what we thought was a problem with our new truck. Ricky in finance was also very nice and efficient in getting us in and out with our truck. Over all a pleasant truck buying experience. They worked with me
by Strongarm80 on 08/22/2015Ihad an accident which totalled my clunker. I had to get something ASAP to get to work before I get fired. I stopped in and my salesman was Jason Worth (I highly recommend him). He got me an excellent deal on a used 2014 Altima for 298 a… month. Originally my payments were 340 but his manager called the banks and got me a interest rate of 4.9 which was 2 points lower than what my credit union was going to charge me. They even worked with me on the extended warranty. I will definitely give them my future business.oil change
by aroaima95 on 08/21/2015Jay is always helpful, I get informed of what needs to be serviced on my vehicle, I am not pressured to fix, get encouraged. Other staff are helpful too.Satisfied Customer....

by FordLover4940 on 08/19/2015I own a 2013 Ford Edge since May 2013. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Courtesy. I have been coming to courtesy ford since 2007 and I would not go to any other dealership for service. I come to Courtesy Ford because of the… expertise and quickness of the Quick Lane department. I would not go to any other dealership and I would recommend Courtesy Ford quick lane department to anyone. The employees make it a good experience every time I come for service.Great services
by JBWalker on 08/17/2015It was really nice to know what was wrong with El Toro. Quick fix and I was off and running again. I will definitely bring him back for regular service. That you guy's.Won't honor verbal agreement
by Shaynut on 12/25/2014Spent a couple of hours with them looking for diesel F350 dually, King Ranch, etc. Finally found one and agreed on an out-the-door price (including my trade). When we started the paperwork and they found out I wanted to pay cash (no… financing) suddenly the price went up. So much for honoring a verbal agreement. I walked away.Update: shortly after posting my review I received a call from the dealership. In the end, we agreed to split the price difference since I was paying cash for the vehicle. We agreed that both parties (the sales person and me) assumed a bit too much (she assumed I was financing the vehicle and I assumed the price was the price whether it was financed or not). We both learned from the experience. Once we agreed on the price, the remainder of the purchasing process was fair and quick. I would now recommend the dealership.
Props to Courtesy Ford!
by ChristyLC on 09/12/2014I just bought my 2nd car from Courtesy Ford and it is the 4th car that members of my family have bought from them. Three of the cars were bought from the same sales rep., Tony G.! What a guy! Tony is always helpful, thoughtful,… knowledgeable, straight forward and down to earth. He is NOT pushy as some sales reps tend to be. You almost don't mind the wait! John, in Finance, is a pleasure as well. I have had opportunity to deal with the service dept, as well, and they were helpful and, in fact, one time, went way above the call of duty to help me out with a repair and rental, when my previous car was out of warranty! There are Ford dealerships closer to my home, but they are not as helpful. Courtesy Ford rocks!Great Clunker Deal
by rbtwilliams on 09/21/2009Just purchased a new 2009 Escape last month 8/09 from Courtesy Auto Group in Conyers. Dragged in a rough trade that qualified for the Clunker rebate, they were just as happy to help me with it as if it was resellable. Before my visit, I got… an online internet quote from them, I was pleased with their prompt reply, including an out the door total, which I asked for. It was then only left to show them my trade, let them verify the rebate amount online, sign my papers, and drive off the lot. They stuck to the quote which made it easy to complete things, even though they were pretty busy with shoppers, which dragged things a bit. I don't know what else a car shopper would expect, I got what I wanted...upfront price, no games, no drama. I think some folks expect car buying to be difficult, and it becomes so. I have only bought one other new car, this one was the easier of the two, mainly because of the great gov't rebate. Incidentally, the dealership had mostly other 'clunker' customers while I was there, and no one seemed to be having a tough time, either, as best as I could tell. Thank you Courtesy and Obama- I hope there's a similar incentive next time around :-)FALSE ADVERTISING AND LIES
by neveragain12 on 01/02/2009My husband and I drove 1 hour to this dealership to purchase a Hyundai Sante Fe. They are sold out all over Atlanta. We were not interested in any other car. We sat there for almost 3 hours and after that time a manager approached us and… said we couldnt have that car and he wanted to put us into a "different car". That was only after we refused to pay $450 a month for a 14k car! After that personal insults were flying and he began speaking to us as if we were criminals! He made personal remarks about how I didnt have "perfect credit"..who needs perfect credit to buy a car? He also insisted I could not prove income when I printed out 3 months worth of BUSINESS bank statements and certainly DID prove income. Then we found out the car advertised for 14995 on autotrader was now 15999 and he didnt have to honor what was advertised because basically he wasnt selling the Santa Fe to us! Again insisted on putting us into a more expensive car. Do NOT go to this dealership if you are not interested in an American car. They will only sell you Ford. A trick to get you in there to sell you what they need to , to keep business open. HUGE SCAM! The finance manager is a [violative content deleted] to talks to customers with GOOD credit and MONEY down with insults and disrespect. Horrible experience and they couldnt beg me to come back!
