Smiles and attitude go a long way. We had already been roughed up a bit by a few… other experiences at some other lots where we felt like they just didn't want to sell us a car. Mickey asked us simply how he could help us get into the MKZ we were looking at. Brenda stayed late the next night to make sure we knew all about the SYNC system. Dudley keeps the numbers side of things light with his gift of humor. We drove many other options, but none compared to the MKZ dollar for dollar.We appreciate the time it took for you to write this review.
