Great Buying Experience

I bought a used F-350 from Chestatee. The unusual part was that I was making the purchase from Hawaii for use in a start up business in Georgia. The transaction went extremely well from initial contact through picking up the truck. Brent… Escoe was the dealer salesman that I worked with and he went above and beyond is making this tranaction a great experience.

For me, buys cars comes down to whom can you trust to treat you fairly and tell you the truth. Jay and Chestatee Ford will… do both. My wife and I had an idea of what we were looking for before we arrived so we had our… questions ready. Megan didn't miss a beat and didn't pretend to know everything. She did however get us all the answers we were looking for and eventually found the truck we were looking for. Unfortunately Chestatee didn't have what we wanted on the lot, but that didn't deter Megan. She did our shopping for us and found exactly what we wanted and quickly made arrangements to get us the truck we wanted. Great experience and great customer service.Car Shopping Made Easy

I have 2 family members who have mobility challenges, so I needed a vehicle with easy access that would still have room for a wheel chair, a walker, people, pets… and cargo. Most large SUV's are too high for them to get into easily, but I needed the space that a SUV would provide. I considered several minivans, but just could not find one that impressed me. As soon as I saw and got into the Ford Flex, I knew that was the perfect vehicle for us. It's the perfect height for easy passenger access, has tons of leg room, head room and storage space and it's unique lines make it a head turner on the road. I started shopping on line for just the right Flex and found it at Chestatee Ford. Unfortunately, Dahlonega is a couple of hours away from my home in Oxford, so I was concerned that was going to present a challenge. But it was no problem! Connie McCool was the sales associate who handled my transaction, and she made everything so easy! She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The negotiations regarding purchase price were painless, she minimized any potential paperwork hassles, and they delivered the car right to my door. The car was absolutely just as it was represented on line. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. After months of less than satisfactory dealings with other dealerships during my shopping process, it was a delight to work with a professional like Connie.
