by Michael Lee on 10/04/2019Went into Gwinnett Place Honda after about a month of doing research online. I wanted to be knowledgable so that I didn't get taken advantage of. I've been to so many dealerships in the past where I felt pressure to buy. To my surprise, theā¦ people at GPH were so friendly and I never once felt like they were trying to sell me a car. Tyler, the young man who greeted me on the lot was so nice and just genuinely excited for me and my search for the perfect car. He guided me through all the different trims and was very patient with me and all my many questions. As it was my first time buying a car, I was quite nervous once we moved on to the paperwork. Mike from the financing department was so funny and helped me through the process. I really felt like he cared because he made sure I understood everything that I was signing and was very patient with me. With all that being said, today I drove out with my first brand new car and I couldn't be happier! We had an appointment with Leo and we had already decided that if we liked the Accord better we were goingā¦ to buy it. Leo was very professional and answered all our questions with a wealth of knowledge!
