    I met Kam, the service manager, and he was a great help. He got my car in and out quickly, and my car service on my car was performed at a high quality.

    I just bought my very first car from these guys this weekend and they made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. I traded in my old 2004 Honda Civic for a 2014 Accord EX-L. My salesman Joseph S. was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions politely and showed me all of the cool features of the car. I would recommend Joseph to anyone who's looking to buy a Honda. The finance managers were also very helpful and guided me step by step through the whole process. This being my first time buying a car, I was pretty clueless but they got me everything I needed. I got a good deal and a good rate. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

  • Close but no cigar

    I got a very good email quote after my first contact with this dealer, but they would not negotiate beyond that via email, even after I explained I was only going to visit one dealer who gave me the best quote. They would have had my business if they had given me the information I request.

    I have been driving Hondas for 10+ years and bought 7 Hondas from Gwinnett Place Honda. They have the friendliest, most professional employees and also the most options for every type of Honda that you can choose from. They have never not had the exact car that I wanted. I just got a new white Accord V6 and it was another easy, stress-free experience.

    This was my first time buying a car on my own and it could not have been easier! My salesman Bruce R. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. He helped me pick the perfect car for me and I could not be happier! Sam was my finance guy and he was equally helpful and wonderful to work with. I would recommend all my friends and family here if they are looking for a pain free, stress free, easy, quick car buying experience!

    got a great internet price at least 2k below msrp. bought a 2013 honda civic. only problem was the wait time. we were there for 4.5 hrs. it was a holiday weekend though and we ended up seeing 4 people before leaving

  • Outstanding Dealer / Outstanding Automobile

    A co-worker referred me to Gwinnett Place Honda. Joseph S., sales consultant, did an outstanding job in the demo of two 2013 Honda Accords and features that I wanted. We then met with David K. after my 2011 Ford Fusion was appraised. David gave me an excellent price on the Accord but the trade-in was below my initial expectations. Although impressed with the dealership, I felt that I needed to contact other dealers to determine if I could get a better deal. Though the internet, emails, calls and visiting other dealerships I decided that I wanted to do business with Gwinnett Place Honda if at all possible. Joseph and David were very professional - the kind of people I like to do business with. I contacted Joseph and told him how much I wanted for my trade-in. Joseph gave me a value that was greater than that offered by other dealers which I accepted. In an hour I was at the dealership to sign the papers and drive away wth a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6. I am very happy with my Accord and the professional, courteous sales team.

  • Bring a wheel barrow of money!

    Wow it is amazing what they want to do to "service" your vehicle and the cost. You can easily spend $1,000 per visit getting everything they "recommend". Yes, my brakes pads needed replacing but in another 20,000 miles! $100.00 for an interior cabin air filter? I bought one on the internet for $9.80 and did it myself! They do have great people, very nice, polite, etc... but bring a boat load of cash! This dealer seems to think the Honda Fit owners really own a BMW 7 series and have no concerns for money and especially no concern for value.

  • Rip off dealer add ons

    I bought my 2007 Honda Fit from Gwinnett Place Honda in 2006. I am still driving my car and am still happy with the product. The buying experience was not so great. This was partly my fault as I was not planning on buying the Honda, but the dealership was on the way to my planned destination. The 2007 Honda fit was a new to the US model back then, so I pretty much paid full price. The problem was the $500 protection package that I later found out was nothing more than a wax job. I was really pissed and emailed the dealer the following days. I think my complaints reached a manger and in the end I got $200 of my $500 wax job money back. Fool me once… Forward 8 years later, I was shopping for a new car for my wife and the Honda CRV was a potential buy. Gwinnett Place Honda was next to the Subaru dealership that I just was at, so let's have a look. Long story short, Gwinnett Place Honda was doing the same dealer installer option crap they were doing 8 years ago. Instead of $500 wax jobs, now they have $200 pin stripping, $200 3M clear door tape and $100 wheel locking nuts. We eventually bought a Subaru Forrester. I was at two VW dealerships, three Subaru dealerships, but ONLY Gwinnett Place Honda had these types of dealer rip off add on. They are a huge dealership, maybe biggest in GA. I can't imagine the type of money they make on these type of rip off mark ups. I know people don't have to get ripped off. Just walk out and find a dealership that has some type of integrity.

    Hadn't expected to buy a car on the spot - had convinced her to try several of the upscale makes, as we were handing off our old ('01) Lexus. We were VERY lucky, methinks, to have stumbled into the internet sales folks when we wandered in. They were very up front with prices. They did have to bring the car in from another dealer - as big as they are, they didn't have the one she really wanted (with nav and the right color), so I opened up the buying service stuff and lo and behold, they had indeed given us the price the services said we should get. So, bottom line is that the dealership experience was fantastic. In addition to the internet sales and manager guys, we were handed off to someone who explained the manuals (sales training, I hope, she was great) and the finance guy (their money was cheaper than the credit union); they were great. The finance guy was the highest pressure, but not ugly about it. All in all, this must be a very well run shop.

    Before I had gotten to Gwinett Place Honda, I was really stressed out about the whole "car buying experience", but Joseph S., my salesman, took a lot of that burden away. He was friendly and patient, answering all of my questions as a first time car buyer. He was there every step of the process, clearly explaining points that I didn't initially understand. I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Honda and Joseph, and I will definitely return to buy my next car.

    You will pay sticker plus your right arm and then they will steal your wallet. Please avoid this dealership at all costs.

  • A waste of time!

    A WASTE OF TIME!!! My wife and I went to GPH looking for a very specific used car. Challenging I know, but we were completely upfront with our salesperson as soon as a arrived. They did not have the car we were looking for but had one very close so we agreed to look at it which was our second mistake, the first being walking into their dealership. The salesperson, Mansoor, was condescending to my wife whenever she asked questions about the car. Once we got back from our test drive we agreed to see what the deal would look like. After waiting for about 30 minutes they came back with a deal that was so far from what we were looking for that we tried to walk out. They would not let us leave as they still had our keys to our trade-in. After going back and forth with the salesperson and the manager we finally got the point across that the deal would not work for us, or so I thought. We got our keys and started to get back into our car to leave and the manager came out to stop me and asked if I would come back in so that his boss could look at the numbers. I got out of there as fast as I could. Don’t waste your time here, their prices are too high and they are way too pushy. Exactly what you don’t want in a dealership!

    This weekend I was amazed with my car buying experience at Gwinnett Place Honda. My salesman Bruce R. went above and beyond making me feel so comfortable and not pressuring me. His manager Chad M. even stepped in to help get me to a rate I could afford. That is what I call going above and beyond.Even though the Jeep I wanted was at an amazing price I dont have the best credit so when the interest rate was high I was not surprised. I was however surprised when both Bruce and Chad understood my concerns. They did not pressure me to make a decision but instead they kept working with me and for me going through different options until we found one where I felt 100% comfortable. I bought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler on Saturday and can honestly say it was a stress free and truly enjoyable experience.The experience was concluded with the Finance manager Robert T. who again did not pressure me into any extras but fully explained my options and what would be in my best interest. These three guys made me feel like they cared about me and my needs. I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a car go to Gwinnett Place Honda. They really do make you feel like family.

    The service at Gwinett Place Honda was wonderful. Shaun did great at getting my car in and out of the shop as he promised me. He listen to what I had to say and was able to explain to me exactly what was going on with me car in terms that I understood. I was shuttled to the mall and was pick up at the time promised. I would defintely reccomend Gwinnett Place Honda Service to my friends and family.

    I purchased my Odyssey from Katt Sutherland at Gwinnett Place Honda. I went one day and looked at the Odyssey. Two weeks later I was ready to buy. I e-mailed and received a quote back. I went to the dealer and then purchased. Katt did a great job educating me about the van. They provided me multiple finance option, and they met the rate of my credit union. If I need to purchase another vehicle, I would definitely go back to Gwinnett Place Honda.

  • sales games

    Unnecessary sales pressure. very happy with the sales person but his manager personally made everything unpleasant. due to his weird sales tactics that they applied on me, i chose to pay little bit more and got a different car. i was in a position that trying to chose between accord and camry. The manager very rudely if i did not make my mind , he does not need to show me the price and invite me to leave the dealer ship. well if i am going to spent $25.000 i better know everything i need to know. i have expect that dealer ship will respect my decision process. If the sales manager was off that day, most probably i would be buying an accord from this dealer within few days. Now i do not want to go back to this particular dealer even though i need to purchase another vehicle because of this mighty sales manager.

    Just purchased my 4th Honda from Gwinnett Place and it was just as smooth and pleasant as the previous 3 purchases. The sales staff remember me and treat me like family whenever I come to the dealership. I really appreciate the attentive customer service I always receive. I'm very excited about my new Pilot!     We were contacted and got the "internet price". This was very competitive and so we went in and finished the deal. Everything went very well and the staff was very courteous. They even dropped me off at the movie theater to meet my family since I had to stay to complete paperwork.

    Best car buying experience ever! After an old Impala, I decided to buy a new and reliable car. They helped me find that perfect match by hooking me up with the Accord 2014 LX. They have tons of options and their pricing for their cars and financing were excellent! My salesman, Joseph S., was great! He helped me tremendously and was extremely courteous and polite. I recommend this dealership without any reservations!

    My experience with Gwinnett Place Honda began with an online inquiry about CR-Vs. My questions were answered and I quickly received a follow-up email inviting me to come to the dealership to test drive several cars that met my specifications. After arriving, I was quickly introduced to Bruce R., who was very knowledgeable about CR-Vs. He pointed out and then demonstrated many of the features of the vehicle, which surpassed the experience I had at a different dealership days earlier. Throughout the process, he was patient and accommodating. He helped us navigate the buying process, introducing us to colleagues who managed the price negotiations and financing aspects of the sale. He answered specific questions about the car and even helped me sync my phone to the Bluetooth feature before I left the dealership. The entire process was painless and I left feeling that I had been treated kindly and fairly. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism and attention to detail. My husband and I were treated well by everyone with whom we came in contact. I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Honda and Bruce R.! We had a great experience!
