Lance responded to my email price inquiry and provided not only the information that I asked for on the premium model Forester, but also… let me know there was a great deal on the basic model--the complete opposite of the up-selling you usually get. When I arrived late to my test drive appointment, Lance was with another customer, so Nelson stepped in to take me on the test drive so I wouldn't have to wait. He explained everything I wanted to know about the car and was super friendly. I felt like I got a good deal on my new Forester and my trade in and appreciated the focus on friendly, low pressure sales. I would highly recommend both Lance and Nelson.Jim is amazing!

He is incredibly knowledgeable about Subaru and has driven them himself since 1976. The… amount of information he provided before and during my test drive of a 2016 Outback (which I ended up buying) was vast and unexpected that I received so much information. He was informative and stayed an additional 2 hours after closing to assist me with the sale of my car, as well as, taking the extra time to help me set up my phone and Pandora connectivity to the Bluetooth in my car. I am so thankful that I was approached by Jim because I feel I got more information and more comfort and ease speaking with him. This was my first dealership bought car and he was more than helpful with any questions and any of the stress I was feeling as I was getting ready to buy the car I've wanted for nearly 3 years! I would recommend Subaru of Gwinnett and, especially, Jim Heet for anyone who is interested in buying a Subaru. I will definitely be recommending him and Subaru of Gwinnett to everyone I come across!3rd purchase, and still completely satisfied

It's hard to find sales staff you can trust, and this dealership has the best. The service and parts… departments are top notch as well. You won't find better service anywhere. We visited the dealership this past weekend and were directed to Nelson who greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable… from the get-go. We had a nice test drive and then took a look at a few cars on the lot as we were choosing between the Premium and Limited. Nelson was knowledgable about the different options available on the two models and was quick to find answers for some of our more detailed questions. We sent our options list to Nelson on Monday and he called to get an idea of our timeline. We planned to purchase the next day, so he told us he would get all the options on the vehicle so that it would be ready the next day. We arrived the next day and the car was perfect with all the options installed! We had a smooth final negotiation, finished up the paperwork, and drove away happy in our brand new car. The whole process was very pleasant and we would not hesitate to return to Subaru of Gwinnett and Nelson for another car purchase.Pleasant, Easy Purchase Experience

Friendly, honest, great service! Carefully explained process and… purchase forms. No games. Came with my own financing. Mike A., Finance Manager, was equally friendly, straight forward in completing all purchase forms. This dealer and these men are on my "A" list of people to contact when I look for my next car.Great experience

Gary called & emailed the price & what he had available on the lot. My partner is from Ringgold Georgia… which is across the state line & Chattanooga. The dealer up there was terrible & absolutely zero help in finding our new car. We did most of the legwork on the phone & internet. This is the best way to buy a car. Subaru of Gwinnet has an Auto trader guaranteed trade value that was higher then anyone around. Chris in the finance department got the rate we wanted & had us signed up & out the door in just over a hour. We live in Decatur, but it was well worth the drive to Duluth to get the deal. We had the best time & really enjoyed what normally would be a stressful event.Awesome experience

I've heard that Subaru of Gwinnett was great, however after having ordered a car from them I can honestly say that… their customer service is outstanding. I want to copy and paste part of an email I received from Jennifer the sales manager. "Thanks for your email. I appreciate you giving us a shot at this. Before I go any further, I want to tell you a little bit about the way we do business here--I believe in shooting people straight, giving all the facts up front, and letting our customers make the most informed decision possible. And I believe in treating people like people, and not numbers..." She was responding to my story of trying to purchase a vehicle from another dealer located in Decatur. After this, she then began to "shoot me straight", however, instead of trying to funnel me into what's best for the dealership, she provided me with three options and told me the pros and cons of each. She was able to order the exact vehicle I wanted for a great price (virtually unheard of when purchasing an STI). She was more than happy to deal with my multitude of questions via text and was extremely pleasant to work with. **Of note** She's the sales manager, not a saleswoman, she took a lot of time out of her day to make me a happy customer. Since then she has given Swindia the reigns and Swindia has been outstanding as well. Swindia helped me at every step of the way and even texted me photos of my car as it was coming off the truck! The finance people are cool too. Usually that's where they hussle you for a few extra dollars, but the finance people weren't pushy at all. They showed me the different options (which I appreciated) but when I said "No" there was no look of shame or any other type of hussle. No pressure. Lets face it, dealerships are out to make money. In fact, I'm proud of that. I'm American and I love business. It pains me to see businesses treating customers badly because ultimately there are many good/hardworking people that depend on that job. Subaru of Gwinnett understands that they are selling relationships and not just cars. At the end of the day, I would be more than happy (and often have in the past) to buy multiple cars from someone who treats me right. I will be returning to Subaru of Gwinnett when I decide to buy another Subaru, heck I'll even consider buying an Infiniti because I hear the owner owns an Infiniti dealer. They will give you $200 dollars per referral. So if any of you have read this post and want to split a referral msg me!Finally a 2014 Forester

No, it isn't an Audi, but they are great cars. Jill has been my service advisor since my first visit. The… final price paid for service is always slightly under the initial amount quoted. If something additional is found during the time the car is being serviced, Jill will speak to you and see how you wish to handle the issue. I believe Jill does a great job and encourage any Subaru customer to ask for her.Purchased a new vehicle

Our salesperson, Gary S., took a lot of time to show us the features and differences between the various models and spent more time with us after the car was delivered instructing us on its various… features. No pressure, no stress. It is a well managed dealership and that is reflected in its employees. Look forward to having a good service relationship with them also.
