    We recently made a second-time purchase from Hayes CDJR in Gainesville, GA. We have always had our first Jeep serviced by this dealer and have been very satisfied with the quality of their work and the excellent service technician contact we have had. We were very pleased with our first purchasing experience and did not hesitate to return for the second new Jeep purchase. The Jeep is an excellent brand and this is an outstanding dealer with whom to do business.

    My experience with Hayes dealership was very positive. My salesman was perfect for me. He provided all the features on every vehicle I was interested in, and in the end he recommended I look at another one that was not on my list because he listened to me and knew the Jeep Cherokee had everything I was looking for. I also recommend Hayes because they did not apply pressure at the end like some other dealerships have.

    My husband I were 100% happy with our experience at Hayes. We worked with Matt, who was a wonderful employee...not pushy or rude. They were realistic with our budget and did not try and force a vehicle on us that we simply could never have afforded. Jermaine was the guy in the finance department we worked with and we could not have been more thrilled with him either! Wonderful customer service all around and I adore my Jeep!

    I drove an hour from my home to get to Hayes in Gainsville. They offered the lowest initial price (by a few thousand dollars!) of the five Atlanta-area dealers I contacted for a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, and there were no surprises when I got there. I worked with Matt, whom I enthusiastically endorse. Even after the sale, he went beyond the call of duty to help me deliver the car back to my home (again, an hour's drive from the dealership!) Really can't say enough good things about these guys :-)

    I purchased a $50000.00 vehicle on 24th of february for which I can not receive title. I am being lied to regarding when the documents were submitted to the state. One person told me the docs were submitted on the 17th of March (3 weeks after the sale)..and another person told me the docs were submitted on the 27th of march ( over a month since the sale). I can not resale this vehicle without title and the dealership keeps lying about my title paperwork. They have taken my money with nothing to show for. They are [non-permissible content removed]. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE HEADACHES AND HEMORRHOIDS!!!
    • We appreciate all feedback, but we do not want to let this one be taken out of context. This customer wanted to have the title to a new vehicle within two weeks. They were under the assumption that the dealership provided the title to the customer within 30 days. The law states that the dealer is responsible for applying for the title within 30 days. The state issues title's, not the dealership. Right now the states says it will be between 2 and 6 weeks to process a title, once all of the dealer paperwork is in, which is within 30 days of purchase. So it can take as long as 6 to 12 weeks to receive the physical title to a new vehicle depending on the dealer and the state. We are sorry that the customer was under the wrong assumption, we did process everything within the 30 day window and now they are simply waiting on the state to issue their title.

    I just purchased a 2011 ram in Sept 2011 from hayes. This was the 5th truck that I have purchased from this dealership and it was the worst. Buying the truck was easy but when I took the truck home thats when things went went south. The salesman never looked over the truck to see if everything was in working order which has wasted my time three times now because it keeps going back to the service center. The seal around sunroof came off the 1st hour of ownership and then the nav system didn't work. All of these problems could have been avoided if the salesman would have looked over the truck before handing me the keys. If the salesman can't look over a car what else could be getting overlooked. I have emailed the dealership twice now about my concerns and still no return call..Use caution about this dealership
