Walt is my preferred service advisor, but Alan has also been helpful and courteous. I have purchased at least 6 vehicles in the past 8 years… from Speedway, and when the need arises again, I will return to them.Mr.Walt

And most of the staff remembers my name Which is Always an added bonus… :) (But I do miss Jimmy Creath whom Always went above and beyond :) Great job to All !Decent.

I have a feeling the pump was left unplugged and it is not convenient enough for me to just pop in… at the dealershipSpeedway Ford and Me
by QueenofFL on 08/25/2015I purchased a new 2013 Ford Taurus Limited in 2014. Although one year old when purchased, it was still brand new and to me,and it did not matter. I not only received a great deal on the vehicle (I traded in a Ford Taurus I bought in 1999… which I drove for 15 years; it was in such good condition that it was sold immediately to one of the salesmen at Speedway Ford. He bought it for his daughter.), but I also received a great service package from the dealership to make the deal even sweeter. I have been driving my "still brand new Ford" for over a year (purchased in June of 2014). Each time it has been serviced, I have experienced outstanding service along with exceptional courtesy and professionalism from the service department. Those in the department are careful to inform me of everything that needs to be done as well as how long it will take to complete the service. When factory recalls are made, they are quick to take care of the recalled items even to the point of calling to arrange for the time the service is to be done. Reminders are sent via email when services such as oil changes or tire rotations are needed. This is most helpful if you are a busy person, a procrastinator or perhaps just forgetful as I often am. I have always been treated with respect by the Speedway Ford dealership and staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The service department is outstanding, and when you take you vehicle in to be serviced, you can be sure that it will be done promptly and correctly. The prices of the services are also compatible with the services provided. I love the car cleaning service provided at Speedway Ford. My car looks and smells just like it did when I bought it after it has been serviced. Call Speedway Ford for all of your car needs. They are the best!NO WAY
by sp4littlejohn on 07/09/2009The dealership will NOT do anything to correct THEIR errors when it comes to paperwork that they file as long as THEY don't have to pay for the screw-up. Today my credit rating is ruined because Speedway Ford has filed with Citi-Bank that… I own a car that I've not even driven but they ain't havin their credit rating screwed. I just get two and three phone calls seven days a week telling me that my payment is due on a car that I "co-signed" for. Citi-Bank has me as the "owner" because of Speedway Ford's Finance [violative content deleted]'s screw up which I'm sure was intentional on her part.Purchasing our new truck

Keith M. the Sales Manager worked with us to get the vehicle & trade value we wanted. Antonio in… Finance searched until he got us 1.7% financing. Overall a great purchasing experience!Great Experience!!!!

Keith M. was very extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The finance process with Jimmy C. went quickly and very smooth. Walt W.… was fantastic and helpful in explaining all the gadgets on the car. Rusty B. was wonderful as well. The entire process was amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone to purchase a car from this dealership!
