There was absolutely no pressure from him or any of the people involved. Everyone was very… courteous, friendly and helpful. I would use this dealership again without question. I call him with random questions and he truly cares and helps me find what I need and want. He informs me of the specials. He has… reached out and gotten what I want and had vehicles delivered. by Newcar2025 on 05/02/2024Even though I came in with the price I wanted to pay; I would have liked to hear about the other Crostrek models and to actually see the other models, test drive, etc.. I probably would have opt for the Limited model vs. the one I ended… up with, Premium. As the Limited offered leather and larger engine.Hello, that is not what we like to hear. Bought the Wrong Car

After the purchase I realized it didn't have the features I wanted/needed. The dealership quickly turned this around… and made it right. A Home Run

It fits well, every comfort imaginable is addressed, there are safety features galore, more entertainment and features than I'll ever use and it… looks great! Stephanie was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable and kind. She spent time going over all the car's features and getting me set up. I knew I wanted a Crosstrek but never expected to drive off the lot with one… that I love. They made it so easy!!
