    Spoke to salesman about a 2016 TrailHawk. I had just purchased an Overlander and I specifically asked "I THINK the Trail hawk you have is fully loaded like mine and I was wondering if there was any way I could find if in fact they did have the same options and if not what option did one have that the other didn’t." the salesman asked if I still had my window sticker. I sent it to him. He replied "Trail hawk has selec speed crawl control and off road group " I went up and purchased the vehicle. I then found that the vehicle I purchased was missing several options. I spoke with the salesmans manager who forwarded me "ALL" the copies of emails between me and the salesman. But he was missing 1 simple email, the email from the salesman stating "Trail hawk has selec speed crawl control and off road group " I forwarded it to the manager and he called me. We spoke on the phone and he said he did not feel where they misled me but I was welcome to speak with his boss. I left his boss a voicemail, no response, I called the next day and left a voicemail, no response. I went and showed up the next day on Sat. I met with him and he stated where he could see both sides and he had already "chastised his salesman for the email". We spoke further and he talked me into buying another Cherokee with more options at a higher price. I agreed. The following Monday was a holiday so they were to go get it and have it here on Tuesday. I got no calls all week until I got an email from him that Fridays saying he needed to talk to me that we needed to start over from the beginning because they sent their guy to go get it and "This Dealer in Ashville NC, Strung us along all week, our driver got there today and was told it was sold yesterday. The guy we have been dealing with was off and had no idea it was sold. I find it hard to believe. I have a call in to a dealer in TX that shows to have two in-stock so just bear with me." then he emails me and says I would have to pay $1000 to have it shipped to GA and pay an additional $1300 in more options. The paperwork was already signed! I proceeded to tell him I was done and to just write me a check for the original Overlander I had traded in because they had already sold it. I was told it doesn't work that way and I could pick up the TrailHawk and he wanted his loaner returned ASAP. (I had to take a loaner on the Sat I purchased the car that was in Ashville because "technically" I sold them my car at that point. As soon as they saw they were not going to get any more money out of me that was it. They wanted nothing to do with me simply because I traded in a 2016 Overlander that was PAID for and they thought they could keep squeezing more money out of me. Stay AWAY from this dealer they are not trust worthy! They will try to take you for every dime they can and when they find out you will not give anymore they get extremely rude, try to tell you its your fault (how could it be my fault if they sold me a car that they cant give to me?) and demand their car back ASAP. For the record the people that were mentioned in this review were Salesman Shawn Donald, Manager Jeremy Cloud, and Manager Jason Graham. I still have all email correspondence between me and each one of them.

    • If going above and beyond means promising me my vehicle on Tuesday Calling me on Monday saying you need to switch cars and my car might be there that day, not getting in touch with me until the following Friday saying you just now sent your driver to get my car 4 days after I should have had it to tell me "the other dealership sold it" the day before which happens to be 3 days after you promised to have it to me. And because of this I would have to pay transportation costs ($1000.00) and an additional $1300.00 in options because you can't find another exact match? That's above and beyond? Your dealership messed up and didn't do as they promised and expect me to pay the extra? Yes you went way above and beyond, above and beyond to try to scam someone out of their money when your making money on all 3 vehicles!

    I have had several issues corrected on my Jeep in the last three months. I have spent over $3,600. I know that labor costs have to be added, but I will never understand why they have to be so high. But everybody does it, so we have no choice but to pay them.

    I love Ed Voyles this is my 3rd vehicle purchase from here. My wife also purchased one this weekend so that make 4! I have always worked with Jeremy Cloud and Krissy Jones and they are amazing always taking care of me. Todd Prine was awesome he sold me my truck and my wife's Jeep he really took excellent care of us. Josh Mooney went above and beyond to help me finance my truck. I was unhappy with my rate and contacted him on Monday he worked his magic and got me a lower rate saving me over $3,000. I will continue to go to this dealership even though I live completely on the other side of town.

    Made an offer over the Internet after reveiwing the Ed Voyles inventory. It was an aggressive offer, and was countered by Internet salesman Todd Prine. Though his offer was less the the discounted website price, I stated I really needs to be at a lower number. Todd asked for some info to check if I was eligible for additional discounts. He later emailed me back and stated my offer was excepted. We arrived early Saturday and the truck was ready for us to test drive. I really did not need to be talked into the purchase as I had an 04 Ram for 12 years and it was a great vehicle. The rest of the sale and financing was enjoyable. The only disappointment was the value of the trade in vehicle. However we thought Todd did a good job explaining the reasons why it was on the low side.

    Having physically visited 3 dealerships and spoke w/over 10 total statewide, hands down, Ed Voyles stood out in leaps and bounds. The final score was 100 to 3 (not even close). First, there hours of operation made them approachable. The facility is above reproach from sales, to service, to finance as well as the customer lounge. The atmosphere was conducive @ a high level in shopping for a new car. The sales staff as a whole was awesome not just mine specific salesman. The team of Sales Managers all came out and greeted me. Had it not been on a Sunday, I suspect the Service & Parts departments would have made their way over as well. All communications (calls, e-mails, & texts) were constantly flowing from hello to here's your car. Upon completing the Chrysler post purchase on-line survey, sadly I was only given the max rating opportunity of a "10" clearly short of the "1 Million" they deserved...!!!

    I had been visiting many Chrysler Dealerships in the Metro Atlanta area, in my quest to find the perfect RAM 1500 5.7 Hemi that would fulfill my needs. After countless test drives, and face to face negotiations with sales staffers, I was worn out. They had many trucks that were close to what I wanted, but not quite it. And, the negotiations with them were, well, exhausting, they got to a certain bottom line and would not budge off of it no matter what. Well, as you can imagine, I was feeling very disappointed at the outcome I had experienced up to this point in the process. But I was determined to find my truck. I was doing another internet search when the Ed Voyles dealership came up. Nice looking website, I thought, and proceeded to work my way through the site looking at what they had to offer. I had an online chat with their internet chat person and asked some relevant questions. The answers I received were good, so I submitted my contact information for their Internet Specialist. The next day, I received a call from Todd Prine at Ed Voyles. We had a brief conversation, and Todd sounded confident that he could help me find what I was looking for. I agreed to visit the dealership, but could not commit to a date/time during our conversation. Todd was very nice and easy going, and told me to give him a call when I could make out for a visit. A few days later, some time opened up in my schedule so I called Todd and asked if he would be available that day. We agreed on a time, and I drove out to see him. From the first handshake with Todd I felt comfortable. Before going to look at the trucks, we sat down and had a conversation. Very casual, we chatted about different things, not even mentioning trucks. It was a totally different vibe and atmosphere than at any other dealerships I had visited. When we finally did get down to the business of trucks, Todd listened to what I had to say, (without interruption) and took notes. He then suggested an approach that I liked. We would look at several different size and style of trucks, so I could get a good feel for what the differences were, then I could choose which ones I wanted to test drive and consider purchasing. That is exactly what we did. I looked at 1500 regular cab models, Quad cab models, Crew cab models. We looked at modes with both the V6 and the V8. I even test drove a V6 model, even though I was sure I did not want one. I was pleasantly surprised at its power and smoothness. Todd and I finally returned to the office, and he prepared a worksheet for both the V6 and V8 models that I liked. The numbers were pretty much where I expected them to be, so I choose to go with the V8. After discussing financing options, the bottom line number was not where I wanted it to be. Todd went back to his Sales Managers several times during the process, and each offer was still not in line with what I wanted to pay. Finally, Todd asked me what it would take for me to sign for the truck that day. I thought about that for a few minutes. Todd to his credit, sat there through my pondering, and did not interject, or interrupt. I finally said that the out the door price had to be below X amount. So Todd says, If I can get the price to this amount, will you buy the vehicle. Just straight up, no BS, no games. I said yes, and we shook hands. A few minutes, Todd returned and said we had a deal. Wow, it was finally over. I found my truck, and had to best experience to date doing so. What can I say about Todd? Real guy, shot straight from the hip, told the truth. Thats all I wanted. Todd delivered the goods, and I genuinely like him. He did not have to apply any pressure to get me to buy, and I think he knew (knows) that. He let the truck sell itself. If Todd Prine is the standard for the sales staff, then I would definitely recommend the Ed Voyles CDJR dealership to anyone in the market for one of their products. I personally believe that Todd is an exceptional sales person at Ed Voyles, and if I have the opportunity to purchase another Chrysler vehicle, he will be the first person I call. Great job Todd.     Kirby Keith was my sales rep and did a great job working with me on my rate and meeting my needs to get the Jeep I wanted. He was very personable as I had my 2 young sons with me. Offered drinks, snacks, TV, etc so that I could focus on the purchase. Only 3 hours it took from test drive to getting keys and out the door. I would highly recommend this dealership and Kirby.
