Reggie was a great salesman

by Sam on 03/26/2024My 2015 Acura TLX sounded like a diesel. The dealer said it was the crankshaft bearings and that Acura had a recall on it. I waited about 6 weeks for the recall work to be done. However, after the work, the car still sounded like a… diesel and the dealer said they didn't know what it was. I took it to an independent Japanese car repair shop. They diagnosed the root cause in 2 mins and fixed it! Shame on this dealership!Nightmare from start to finish
by Ben Thomas on 07/29/2022Worst salesmen and businessmen you will ever deal with, I guarantee that. Stay away from this place at all costs. Worst experience I've ever had buying anything! Rude, pushy, then when I bought the used 2017 truck with 40k miles on it, I… come to realize the following: 1) AC is blowing hot air (took back 2-3 weeks later they refused to help, laughed me out of the building when I asked). 2) The car battery is dead after a week of owning it. 3) I go to get a leveling kit, and my guy informs me that he can't work on the truck, due to the fact that it is RUSTED OUT AND WAS COVERED UP BY BLACK SYNTHETIC MATERIAL. The entire truck is rusted, was not disclosed to me and it was covered up, and they sold it as is. Upon discovering the truck is not worth keeping due to the amount of rust, I go back to them for the umpteenth time and they still won't help. A nightmare dealing with them. Dropped my truck off for them to look at it one day and they left it parked until I called and came by at 6pm, didn't even care to look at it. [non-permissible content removed]! I go back to the dealer demanding to get out of the contract, due to the fact it's rusted out, suspension is not in good shape, I couldn't see the rust when I purchased the car for almost $40k. They argued and basically said they'd buy it back for $4k less than I paid for it and tried to convince me to buy from them again.wonderful car buying
by hminlee on 08/21/2021We purchased a new one. Before I visited them, I mainly communicated with Mr. Paul Silverman who is an excellent business manager. Through communication via emails, phone calls, and texts for a little over a week, we found our a sweet spot.… A week later we visited to purchase it as we agreed and picked it up. One more thing, Tanya at the Finance Dept. was also very helpful. Recommend Paul and Tanya and the dealership.Update: Every good experience is ruined now because of neglected paperwork and no intention to fix it. Why did they charge doc/processing fee if they did not properly do their job. I take back my recommendation

Horrible customer service with a nasty attitude
by William Da Costa on 10/31/2019Horrible customer service at the service center by Yvonne Russell. I went in to check on the warranty of my battery. On the Acura battery it says 2/17 with a 100 months warranty so I went to Acura to check on it. Arriving at the place Mrs… Yvonne Russell rushed me in with some questions about the car and never tried to listen to what I was really there for. While we were talking she picked up he cell phone disregarding my time as a customer. I said that the car was not starting and she automatically assumed I needed a new battery. After we discussed she sent a guy to check on the battery but not on its warranty as I asked her to. She was rushing through a computer screen saying that I never purchased a battery from Acura. While I was waiting I insisted for her to take a look at the battery itself and explained to her that we have had bad experiences with this same dealership before but this time I would like them to at least listen to what my concern was. Before I even finished talking she asked me why I was back again if I had bad experiences. ( I was there because its an Acura Dealership and I drive an Acura and was trying to check on the battery warranty) I could not believe an Acura employee could have such a bad attitude and ask these questions to a unsatisfied returning customer. I asked to talk to a manager so Dzmitry and another gentleman came and tried to make things better. They were able to explain that if I am not the actual person to buy the battery the warranty does not work. So since this battery was purchased by its previous owner the warranty had expired. They offered to change the battery in 5 minutes. Their price was $150. At that point I did not want to have anything to do with her or the company she works with. I took my car to Advance Auto parts and paid the same price for a battery.William, after speaking with both Yvonne and Dmitry, your battery was out of the 4-year, 50,000 mile warranty and would cost $149.95 to replace. Your service advisor, Yvonne, tried to show you this and explain this to you on her computer, by showing there was no purchased battery from Acura which means that Acura won't pay to replace it. Like Yvonne stated, we'd be happy to replace your battery but Acura was not going to pay for it.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from them sight unseen. I was a bit apprehensive as… you can imagine but I will tell you that from the first conversation with Michael Wiest (my salesman) I could tell that he had done this many times before and he was able to answer all of the questions I had regarding the vehicle and why it would be of benefit for me to fly from Cleveland, Oh. to Roswell Ga. for this car that he had on his lot. Furthermore, once I got to Ga. he sent someone to pick me up and get me to the dealership and once there not only Michael but everyone else I met were extremely accommodating. Paul Boards (Finance Director), Reggie Hammond (Senior Sales Rep) and Daniella Medina (Finance) all were extremely helpful and professional and made me feel confident that I made the right choice. Great buying experience

We have a mix of different ages of kids in our family and… needed a vehicle that is both versatile and roomy. Mr. Maina took time to know our family and as a result, was therefore able to sell us a car that not only did we love at first sight, but it fully met our needs. Outstanding Service & Service Technician

Our only complaint and there was nothing he could do about it is that although the… vehicle is equipped with remote start, only one of the key fobs is enabled to start the vehicle remotely.
