    Roswell Infiniti had the exact late model luxury vehicle I had been seeking for sometime. CPO and Carfax verified. Reasonable trade in. Trustworthy and friendly sales and finance personnel. Long time customer who knows that service advisors are real assets to dealership and clients long after the sale.

    It's the closest to where I live, so that is the primary driver. Over 13 years have owned an '03-G35 (with with 117K miles) Reliable vehicle with nothing more than fluid changes, brake pads and other wear and tear replacements. Regularly brought the car to Roswell for Tranny oil changes to make sure maintenance is documented in case of trans problems. Disappointed that they use Castrol, instead of factory spec Nissan. Anyway, car is troublefree so far, and I have proof in case it ever becomes an issue, but at 117K miles, it now probably doesn't count for much.

    These guys are stellar- my battery failed and Mark Crutchfield took great care of me on short notice with appointment. He was also able to take care of an alignment issue at the same time without an extended delay. I always get consistently great service at Roswell Infiniti, they are the best dealership I have ever done business with.

    I recently purchased a certified pre-owned G37S from Bill Gray at Roswell Infiniti. What an incredible experience. He was never pushy, and gave me plenty of time to think and decide and drive. I looked at several other similar cars - honestly, I just felt comfortable and trusted him. Once I purchased, here's what happened: I was given a tour of their service department and met the service manager, the car was completely detailed (even though it was already beautiful), they filled the tank with gas. Bill spent an hour with me showing me the important features (setting up the phone, the nav system, the electronics and dials and such). Bill called me a couple of times the following week to check up on the car and me - I had a couple of questions, he got the answers for me. Within a couple of days, I received several emails thanking me for my business, and two setting up future appointments for complimentary oil changes and tire rotation. I love my car, I love the way I treated, I got a fair deal and a great interest rate - I am so happy. I cannot believe this was a car-buying experience. I expected pain... it wasn't bad ;>)

    I would not let anyone else service my car. Even though I have moved further away from the dealership, I make the commute on the weekends for service. Everyone is so super friendly and honest about recommending service on my car.

    I had been driving to Decatur to have my car serviced with Roswell Infiniti in my back yard. The staff and service I received here was great. Those drives to Decatur are now a distant memory.

    I highly recommend Nalley Infiniti of Roswell. I leased my G37 with them and have had all my service appointments there as well. They are professional and service is done well and done fast.

    Actually I had one question, but it was after I'd left. The service guy showed me the cabin-air filter along side with a new one to show me the difference. Yes, the current one showed some dirt. The service guy said it would be around $80 to replace it, which would include labor. I declined. After getting home I thought "as someone has already taken apart things in order to get the filter out, why should I pay for labor? If I say "no thank you", then someone has to put it all back together again anyway. Why not just be friendly and say "the part costs whatever and since we've taken it apart as part of the inspection, there's no labor cost"? I would have ok'ed replacing it if it was just the cost of the new filter. Regards, Gary

    It was my first time for service, 5000 mile check up. Greet with a pleasant smile and warm welcome. Was told how long the wait would be and what the service would be. Not only was time expected beat, Erika gave a complete explanation of the service, and answered any questions. On top of great service, got a FREE car wash. See at 10K.

    All work performed was great. Mark was very proactive in keeping me informed about the service progress and when my car will be ready. He also saved me money from not performing a service that my car did not need.

    I prefer to take my G37 to Roswell Infiniti even though it is not close to my home because of the service I have received there over the 7 years I have had this car.

    Excellent service from Terry last Saturday. I dropped my car off for a number of items (oil change, new brakes, fluid flush, etc) and informed Terry I was going to the movies with my family. Terry confirmed my mobile number and communicated via text so as not to interrupt viewing the movie. Simple thing, but it made for a much better experience in managing the service and coordinating the pick up. Great all around experience.
