Kia of Savannah and James Noel made my buying experience great
by Happybuyer80 on 02/14/2016I have bought three vehicles from Kia and James Noel and all three times it was a great experience.Great Buying Experience
by Melissa98 on 02/07/2016Hi, my name is Melissa Green and in October of 2015, my husband and I purchased a new Kia Optima. We were greeted warmly by Mr. Lorenzo France and he walked us through the purchasing process. Mr. France was very knowledgeable, friendly and… treated us just like family. He helped us to understand what we qualified for and even took his time showing us all of the car options we could choose from. He did his absolute best at making sure we got the car we wanted. We got the car we came for and I am very happy with style and the quality of the drive. I appreciate Mr. France being our salesman and I have already recommended my family and friends go see him for the best car buying experience available.Melissa, thanks for the great review! Please come visit us if you need anything else, be it service or sales. Also, surf on over to our Facebook page for exclusive offers. Awesome Salesperson and Dealership
by keliane24 on 02/01/2016So buying a car can be pretty stressful. Trying to buy a car unsuccessfully for a month can be even more stressful. I sent an email to Mr. Collins and he selected Carole to assist me at the dealership. Little did I know then what was all it… took. Carole met me outside when I drove into the lot. Just a few hours later after listening to my requests and restrictions I drove off the lot with a 2013 Kia Soul! She helped me jump through hoops to get what I needed. Thank you Carole for all the hard work and care.We appreciate you taking time to leave us a great review! We are pleased to hear Carole did a great job in assisting you in your purchase. If there is anything else we can do for you please don't hesitate to give us a call! Regards, Bob Collins - General Manager - bcollins@kiaofsavannah.com

by alyssaks10 on 01/21/2016I purchased my third Kia from Kia Country of Savannah a few days ago. Two weeks ago I was in a car accident and my car was totaled, with that being said my car purchase was unexpected. Lorenzo at Kia helped us find our car and he was really… helpful along with Mr. Dumas, Oveigh and Teasha McMillion. They made a very stressful situation less stressful. They were able to work with me on getting a brand new 2016 kia even though I am still dealing with insurance company pay off and keep my payments around the same amount that we are paying now. I definitely recommend Kia Country of Savannah. We appreciate you taking time to leave us a great review! by kiaman1 on 06/30/2010They are great. The staff is good at what they do. The salesman mr. jack lanier was very professional and friendly. The management staff was very patient as well because it took awhile for me to make my decision. It is a very pleasant place… to buy a vehicle. I definately recommend if you are buying a car to give them a chance.GREAT!

by jpds on 07/16/2011updated 04/26/2025I purchased a 2012 Sorento and am quite happy with the vehicle. My sales rep was Lorenzo France and I am not happy with him. I spoke with Mr. France on the phone prior to leaving my work (quickly) and hurrying to Kia Country, to purchase… that day, due to a big sale ending that evening. I explained what I was looking for, down to the color, and assured there was a good selection available. Left work and drove 30 miles to find one vehicle available, which was much better equipped that what I described but it was a beauty and I bought it. I traded my vehicle at the autotrader trade-in price and paid cash for the balance in the middle of a rain storm. You know how car sales reps scribble numbers on paper and run back and forth to their finance people while they get you the 'best deal possible' cause they're ' taking care of you'. Buyer Beware -there wasn't a sticker on the vehicle I bought but the 'scribbling' numbers began around $38,000 for a vehicle with a sticker price of $32,400. I didn't really question the $38,000 because I had researched the cost of the vehicle I wanted and the one I purchased had a lot more equipment than the model I built 'on line'. When I brought that to Mr. France attention, he informed me the on-line pricing was not accurate and didn't include a lot of added cost from the dealer. He also told me it was difficult to get the vehicles if you 'ordered' what you wanted. But ... HE was going to take care of me. As it turned out, I paid the sticker price plus $1990 dealer charges, got a $1500 rebate and autotrader value for my trade-in. I should be happy, right ? Well, I am happy with the car and had these numbers been provided to me, I wouldn't have a complaint. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Mr. France represented the price of the car (because there wasn't a sticker in the window) several thousand dollars more than the actual price. He had promised a 'big sale' on the pricing which was not there. He also told me that he had negotiated away most of his commission in getting me the deal. When I got home and put the paperwork together I found the window sticker folded in my paperwork and realized what he had done. I emailed him and told him that it was not necessary to mispresent the vehicle and I was not happy with his tactics. I didn't hear back from him. I exchanged a few emails with the manager, Scott Downer. In all the exchanges with Mr. Downer, I made it clear that I was happy with my vehicle. I was in a real hurry because I had taken time off work and had to return that evening. That was my fault. AND, there was a major rain storm. I was not happy that Mr. France misrepresented the price of the vehicle from the start, writing down $38,000 on his scribble pad to make me 'feel' like I was getting a sale price on the vehicle. I encouraged Mr. Downer to speak with Mr. France to confirm what I was reporting to be the facts. The last response I received from Mr. Downer, basically, said that he didn't know what my problem was. I got the sticker price, $1990 mark up from the dealer, trade-in "you wanted" for my vehicle. His error in responding to me was that he had NOT even discussed the information I provided him with Mr. France. Mr. France, according to Mr. Downer was a top producer for a number of years, etc. I'm old fashioned and believe in honesty and integrity in business. This guy lied to me. I should have slowed the process down and slept on the 'deal' but (as I've said) I would have bought the vehicle anyway. That's makes it even worse. I would have gladly paid the sticker, etc. and all the other stuff that got me to the bottom line. I work 3 jobs and I didn't have time to shop around. Those situations cause people to make mistakes sometimes. A dealer with management that doesn't bother to speak with a sales rep in situations like this (brought to their attention) is not a dealership that I will do business with in the future OR refer people to. I will take vacation time and drive 100 miles next time to another KIA dealer before I will go back to this one. Buyer Beware - Don't do business with Mr. France or KIA country. Make sure every piece of paper you need is in front of you before you buy. Don't put your money on the table until you're sure you're happy with your deal. Don't expect the management to listen or care if their sales rep misrepresented anything. Their objection is winning big banners in the sales room that say they're Number One. A banner doesn't make them #1. Honor and integrity and accountability would make them #1. KIA sells itself. The Sorento is a great vehicle.Internet Cadenza Purchase
by FLACarcrazy on 03/30/2014updated 04/26/2025I traveled 200 miles to lease a Smokey Blue Kia Cadenza Limited. The experience exceeded all of my expectations. The car was waiting for me in front of the door when I got there and ready to go. All of the personnel I met was very friendly… and professional. I had agreed to a price over the phone and they improved the deal after I got there. They made the buying experience fun and I had the best experience with their Finance Manager, ever. No pressure. The trip was well worth time spent acquiring my new Kia.Bought my first KIA

by sdowl on 05/10/2013updated 04/26/2025Buying my Optima could not have been easier. I inquired about the car and financing options while living in another state. Mr. D. and Kia Country of Savannah made purchasing the vehicle while in route/moving so easy. All paperwork was taken… care of prior to the move and my questions were answered in a very timely manner. I drove away feeling like this dealership valued my business. So good I bought two
by molina67 on 02/14/2013updated 04/26/2025I had a great sales experience of course I did my homework before I walked in the door. 6 months later I came back and bought another vehicle. And although the sales experience was terrific their service department leaves a lot to be… desired and because of this I decided to trade in my car for Toyota.
