First time buyer of a 2019 KIA Sorento
by CG on 11/03/2019From day one, the staff at Kia Country of Savannah were so gracious and helpful. This started with Carol Mendoza, who contacted us when an internet inquiry was launched to Carolann Pineda our sales associate who was so wonderful when… explaining the features of our new car during a test drive and then to Sam Washington Business Manager. He went over all the facts and figures about what the KIA Company had to offer from financing to special insurance after the sale. As told to us, when we first purchased our car in May, Carolann said to contact her to set up the appt. for our Service anytime it was needed. Indeed she did, and contacted Sam Washington, who said while signing the papers for our 2019 Sorento, that he would pick up and deliver our vehicle for service any time it was needed. This was a perk in all our years of buying new cars that was never offered. Being a man of his word, he indeed, recently, picked up our vehicle and took it into the Service Dept. for its first oil change. He promptly delivered it back when the service was completed. Needless to say, we were quite impressed. This not only saved us time, but made our relationship with the dealership much more personal. To offer this type of Customer Service is something unheard of with most car dealerships today. They even gave us a booklet of coupons for free oil changes for 100,000 miles or 10 years. Now that was again, something that was never offered to us by a car dealership with the many new cars we have purchased over the years. Customer Service is the best we have ever experienced and we will continue to buy KIA cars from KIA Country of Savannah as well as refer all our friends and family.We cannot thank you enough for your wonderful review of Kia Country of Savannah and for your referrals and recommendation! Best car experience ever!
