He was very helpful, and he made it happen for me, and I'm so grateful, I thought I was going to have an issue because the car I traded was only 60 days old, it was a great car my husband bought… for me, nothing was wrong with it, it just sat to low for me, so I had a great experience with Kia country. When discussing the terms of my trade in she told me "This is a business and we are more interested in protecting our business than earning a sale from you" after I… was unhappy regarding their first offer. I counter offered exactly what True Car average price entailed for their car and requested the exact amount for my car that Kelly Blue Book told me my car was worth only to hear Kevin Thomas say over my shoulder " [non-permissible content removed] Fantasy Island if he thinks he's getting that deal." When I brought up the incredible unprofessional and sophomoric attitude of Kevin to his superior the Manager had the audacity to excuse his behavior and insult my intellegience by offering me a $25 gift card. When Kevin came over to my table and I showed him both True Car and KBB he ignorantly stated "I don't care what they said, I sell my cars for what I want." Well Mr. Thomas, your racist, ignorant, unprofessional rant will be posted on every social media outlet and this dealership will be reported to every Military installation in a 100 mile radius to ensure Soldiers are well aware of what type of people are employed at this dealership. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you for your feedback. We are looking into this matter at the present time.

It was the smoothest trade experience if had.The whole sale floor was… REAL, they weren't overworked and irritated. They talked to me( not just fluff talk either!)Ask for Brian!
