I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid from Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna, GA, and I cannot say enough about the fantastic experience I had working with Isaac DaSilva. From start to finish, Isaac went above and beyond to ensure I was… completely satisfied.
Isaac’s extensive knowledge about the vehicle was impressive. He answered all of my questions with confidence and clarity, making the decision process so much easier. During the test drive, he was attentive and thorough, helping me fully understand the features and benefits of the Carnival Hybrid.
The negotiation process, which is often stressful, was anything but. Isaac was patient, courteous, and truly focused on finding the best deal for our family. He treated us with respect and professionalism throughout, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
As a former Honda customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Isaac’s exceptional service has made me a Kia fan. Thanks to his efforts, not only did I leave with the perfect vehicle for my family, but I also left with a sense of loyalty to this dealership. I will certainly be recommending Isaac and Ed Voyles to friends and family, and I look forward to considering Kia for future purchases.

I called Glenn the next day to set up an appointment to drive the car. It was his day off but he met me at the… dealership and we took a test drive. My wife and I went in a couple of days later and bought the car for the price I had been quoted. There were no games or deceit. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. I felt like I was dealing with an old friend.Great service!

Not only have I heard form the service department everyday with followup, but they didn't patch work the problem and send it back to me. They actually called into the manufacturer and engineers… came to evaluate, research, and disect the problem to properly repair my car and prevent future repeats of this problem. This is the kind of car you want put into the machine that you put the lives of your loved ones into. All of our cars, even non-Kia's, will now be serviced here.AB got me in my new car! I wasn't planning to purchase for 1-2 months. However, from the point of contact with my salesman, A.B.… Chad, I knew I was in the best hands. With the help of the sales manager, Ty, it became the right time. The difference in A.B. Chad's genuine care as a salesman made you forget he was a salesman and he quickly became a friend instead. He listened, gave advice, and went out of his way to get me in the car I had my eye on with NO PRESSURE. Even after the paperwork was signed and the deal was closed, A.B. returned on his off day to fully explain all of the features the vehicle offered, and he made sure I had a clear understanding of how to operate all of my new gadgets. Getting rid of my V8 Explorer was not something I considered a trade-in option in this economy. However, Ty worked with me with a honest approach and low-pressure presentation making me comfortable to look at the options they could offer. Andy made the paperwork a breeze and thoroughly addressed all of our questions. A.B. Chad, Ty and Andy and the entire Ed Voyles team has certainly earned my business in the future as well as friends and family I will be referring. The sales team was extremely helpful and found us the exact car we were looking for in the price range we wanted. I would strongly advise that anybody looking to purchase a Kia go to Ed Voyles! This is my second purchase through the Ed Voyles family and I believe the service that I received at Ed Voyles Kia was the… among the best. I went through Truecar.com to obtain a price and salesman Glenn S. contacted me via e-mail. Glenn made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. There was no high pressure. He did not talk up the car, to "sell" the car, because honestly the car sold itself. He was simply there to answer any questions that I may have had about the car. Glenn was a very nice person that made you feel as though you were friends for life and had been since you were kids. I was also impressed with this dealer as they empower their employees to make decisions that do not create a high pressure situation. I was not going to trade may other vehicle in as it was not in showroom condition to get the best deal in a trade. Glenn mentioned it to me and since i was not going to trade it anyway, I decided it was okay for them to look at it. Amazingly they came back with a price on that vehicle that surprised me! Another aspect of my purchase was the financing portion of the deal. I had already had the financing in place when I walked in. Glenn just mentioned and in no way pressured me to look into financing through them. I thought we should at least look into it. I ended up financing through the bank that they had affiliations with because they were able to get me a 3.3% reduction in APR. WOW!!!!!! With all of the rambling I have just done, I just plainly have to say, Ed Voyles Kia and the Ed Voyles Automotive Group have out done themselves with the quality, service and customer satisfaction. I will never shop anywhere else!!!!Great Experience

He was patient with us as we decided on the vehicle that was right for us. He streamlined the numbers at the… bottom dollar and we didn't have to deal with the typical gamesmanship that occurs at most dealerships: no first "closer" or second "closer" - just Glenn. He worked to squeeze a bit more for my trade and that was helpful. He knew the new Kia Cadenza inside and out and took the time to "impress" us with all the bells and whistles. I would have no hesitancy to refer any of my family members or friends to Ed Voyles and specifically to Glenn S.Outstanding experience!

He was never pushy or trying to close a deal, he truly made me feel comfortable and I trust him with everything he said.
