    Sam was so helpful and friendly doing everything he could to make me happy! He made sure I was taken care of and put me in good hands with my Financial person. I believe his name was Noe. I will send everyone I can to Sam

    I really want to thank Neil, Jason and Akins for their help finding us a vehicle we weren't expecting to buy. We found out Tuesday morning that our car was not worth the amount of money it was going to take to fix it, and we weren't sure if we'd even get approved for a car loan with a payment we could afford. We are newly married, I just started paying back my student loans, and we are trying to find a house, and so our finances are a bit stressful. And so the thought of a car payment, after we just paid off my husband's not even a month ago, really took me over the edge. But they worked with us, understood our needs & not our wants, and were able to get us in a reliable vehicle with a payment that was good on both ends. Incredibly grateful!

    I purchased a 2016 Ford F150 from Akins last December. While driving it home I noticed a chip in the windshield. I immediately called the sales person, Holly Frankovich, who assured me that the chip had been sealed and that if it started to spread they would replace the windshield. In addition the truck was under recall for an issue with the doors. I was told I would receive a notice concerning this. In February or March I called Ms. Frankovich to inform her that the chip had started spreading and that I hadn't received a recall notice. She said she'd check into it, but never got back to me. I called the sales manager, who had a service tech call and set up an appointment to fix the issues. I drove over an hour on the day of the appointment (a week after the service tech set it up) only to be informed that they didn't have the parts. They assured they would call me to reschedule once the parts were in. After about a week of not hearing I called to check the status. I had to call several times to get a new date for the work. Akins made arrangements to drop off a loaner car. The night before they were to pick up my truck the radio stopped working. I called to inform Ricky, the service tech, that this would also need to be checked. Long story short, they kept my truck for over a week - primarily because a new radio screen had to be ordered. Communication during this time was no-existent unless I called. No updates, not ETA's. Once the work was done I had to drive to Akins to pick up my truck as they didn't know when they could schedule a driver to come to me to swap vehicles and they wanted the loaner back. It took an hour and half for them to get me my truck. I asked twice when it would be ready and was told they were just waiting for the paperwork to be printed. All along it was sitting on a desk -- I guess now one thought to look among the other work orders on the same desk. While I appreciate their diligence in fixing the vehicle, particularly ordering the new radio, the lack of communication was frustrating. So far, after one day, the work performed seems satisfactory -- but I'll give it a few more days.

    Bo Sorrells at Akins Ford is the man to see if you’re looking to buy a car! He has helped put my father, sister and myself all in a new/ used vehicles and we couldn’t be happier! He recently walked me through the process of purchasing my first vehicle, a 2014 Mustang, and he was SO helpful and quick to answer all of my many questions. The process was smooth and easy and I didn’t feel hassled what so ever. Akins is a HUGE dealership and they will help you find what you’re looking for! Thanks for all the help Bo!

    Very factual, professional, and efficient. I walked in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. In less than 2 hours I drove away in my new car. A very plesant experience.

    Akins Ford had exactly the mustang I wanted and made the process of buying as easy and informative as can be. I would recommend Akins Ford to anyone they have the best service and are really friendly, overall experience is 5/5!

    This is a top notch dealership with a small town feel. Absolutely no pressure. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen and Steve Satterfield is an excellent salesman and great guy. I highly recommend this dealership!

    Bought what I thought was my dream car back in October and five months later I realized I was wrong. I went back to Akins and once again dealt with the best salesman/friend, Ron Marsh. I’m sure I probably drove Ron crazy but he was beyond patient with me and very honest with me about my options. I am now in my dream car, a Ford Explorer, and I love it!! Every single person I spoke with at Akins was extremely kind and the owner is one of the finest you will ever meet! I will only buy from Akins from now on!

    After having my vehicle for 8 weeks for repair on what was quoted as a 14 day job, I received my vehicle back, soon after my check engine light came on. Took my car back to akins, they kept it another week and only cleared the code. Received vehicle back and soon after the check engine light was back on. Took back again, kept for another week and replaced the evap emissions system. Finally I think they have fixed it completely.

    The body and paint work done on my 2012 Nissan Rouge was spot on! The driver door had to be replaced and painted . They did a great job on matching the paint and aligning the new door correctly to avoid wind noise. Very pleased with the Service Manager Danny and the young gentleman that did the body work Josh Terry. Would highly recommend anyone needing paint and body repair.

    We were and are very pleased with Akins Ford when we purchased our F150 pickup truck last week. Our salesman, Ben Nix, was very nice, helpful and patient with us. We really appreciate how he helped us. Also, our finance person, Mr. Bill Reasor, was also wonderful. We are very pleased with the truck and will definitely recommend Akins Ford. Wonderful experience!

    I have only been to Akins winder 3 times after purchasing my car there for routine oil changes and tire rotations. Every time I have been everyone is so rude, I get out of my car to be greeted, that never happens. I just stand there waiting for someone to see what I’m there for. The last time the guy was in such a hurry, I felt like I was bothering him for even being there, he did however inform me their oil change rates went up as of feb 1st. Which it is now 37 dollars instead of the 31 I had paid in the past. I waited for an hour and a half after my hour drive (I arrived at 7 am), I paid and left. One week later on a Sunday, my tire pressure light comes on. I take it to the only place open and sure enough I need new tires. My tires are so bad they will do nothing but replace them. Now if I was just getting my oil changed, tires rotated and a 12 point inspection like the paper I was given said Akins should have alerted me that I was getting close to new tires. I tried to call the 1866 number that was emailed to me ... it wasn’t a working number. Imagine that. I won’t be going back.

    I reach out to the dealer online. Tom Sigler contacted me. He did everything he said he would do. I highly recommend Akins Ford. I drove 100+ miles and passed many dealerships along the way. I would do it again.

    I found the RAM1500 that I wanted and emailed for some pictures. Tino provided me with them I went down and test drove it. He put absolutely no pressure on me to buy it or make a decision. We came to a fair price and I went back and bought the truck. I was dreading even buying another truck do to what you have to deal with at dealerships, but Tino and everyone at Akins made this truck purchase GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and this will be my first stop the next time I want to buy. THANK YOU AKINS!!

    I have found the service received at Akins Ford (WINDER,Ga.) is great. I have a 2011 Nisan Titan that Akins services and know that they service all makes and model vehicles. Not only is their maintenance service great, great staff, their price is very competitive and often less than their competition. I also had Akins spray in my bedliner and have also (unfortunately-lol) had to use their body shop on more than one occasion. Hands down across the board Akins gives quality service at competitive prices.
