    I purchase a 2016 Ford F150 XLT. I was looking for a truck that was not equipped with Chrome package and not white because of the harsh RED dirt of Hawaii. I contacted Ford Honolulu through the the website and was contacted immediately. Upon showing up in the showroom, Richard Teruya approach us and offered assistance. He showed us few vehicles and looked for my preffered vehicles. We eventually found the vehicle I was looking for. The Finance department gave me the deal that I wanted and even called me when they found a better APR for my loan. Great staff and choice of vehicles. One improvement they should make is to add a maintenance package with the vehicle, such as free oil changes for 2 services or something that will save a customer some money.

    My sales person Ken Hirata was excellent and very professional. My local Ford Dealership on Maui didn't have the car I wanted but I found one at your Dealership in Honolulu. My deal was completed over the phone and Ken took care of all the details for a pleasurable experience from getting me the paper work to getting my new Ford Explorer Limited shipped to me in a timely manner. Thanks again. Excellent

    Had great service from Richard Teruya and Daniel Morisato. I walked in to the dealership not expecting to buy a new truck but they took care of me and gave me a deal that I could not refuse and ended up driving away with a new truck and a satisfied customer.

    My service representative, Daniel, is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I only have one complaint. Every time I have taken my car in, no one tells me when it is finished and I probably wait for it longer than I should.

  • 2nd Ford Transit 350 Purchase

    We purchased our 2nd Ford Transit 350 within the last two years. Our service this time was far better than the first time we purchased our first Ford Transit in 2014. Edy Chang did a wonderful job in keeping in contact and informing me about the Transits in stock. She referred me to Richard Teruya, who assisted further in getting our 2nd Transit purchase agreement completed. Richard got our paperwork and got us the deal in a very decent amount of time. Daniel Morisato was also very gracious through the process of signing. We bought our first transit from Sherman, who has not kept in touch with us, and also did not recognize or acknowledge us when we were at the dealership with Richard. We, in fact, contacted Sherman via text message, if he could let us know if there are any transits in stock and he couldn't really figure it out for us. Also regarding recall, he instructed me to call the service department and make an appointment. When I asked Richard about it, thereafter, he immediately made an appointment FOR me. Not complaining about Sherman in particular, however, after experiencing the service we received from Edy and Richard, we will not be looking for any other sales rep at this time. Observing other sales reps on the floor, many of them seem unprofessional. Eating and laughing out loud, while there is a deal/signing happening at a table nearby. Maybe that's the normal demeanor of car sales people? Seems unwelcoming.

    All of my experiences at Honolulu Ford have been most pleasant. Servicing department, especially Valerie, sees that work is performed with attention to details provided by me as well as timely work per Ford. When I sit in the waiting room, all the employees passing through are very cordial too! Thanks so much!

    I enjoy getting my '15 F-150 routine checkups and fluids change at Honolulu Ford, I enjoy the staff and have made great relationships with them, they really show the true island,Aloha way and service, keep it up Ford family!

    Experience at Honolulu food was excellent. Service was excellent financing was easy and taking care of the insurance was a very easy too.

    I am leasing a 2016 Ford Escape SE. Dealer had a good selection of Escape SE models with the features I wanted--2.0 liter Ecoboost engine and equipment group 201A. The staff was friendly. It took several hours for the finance process, but the waiting area had a good climate control system and coffee and other refreshments were available. The Sync 3 is an improvement over previous versions and is much more responsive. Hopefully there will be a software update in the near future that will allow Apple Car Play through an iPhone 6 plus. I also feel like a basic navigation system should be included rather than being an add on for an additional charge--it's the year 2016!

    Daniel was an excellent service advisor. He called me as soon as the parts came in and called to remind me to make an appointment when I had forgotten. He has always been very attentive and helpful in past service appointments as well.

    I am truly impressed with the level of service at Honolulu Ford! This is the only car dealership I want to shop at. Rhett really made the shopping experience comfortable for us and most importantly we left with our new car happy that night. Rhett also followed up with us on our purchase. Teresa in service was very professional and took care of us when we needed to bring in our new car to have the brakes inspected. The brake problem was solved. Thanks Honolulu Ford.

    Sarah was very patient and nicely to help me choose which vehicle would best suit our needs.she was so knowledgeable , this was the smoothest , most "enjoyable" car purchase that we have ever experienced.Thanks for Sarah ,We will highly recommend my friends choose her for car purchase.

    Both my wife and I am 2nd generation mustang owners. Both of our parents drove mustangs, gave us our first mustangs and the 2016 is our 3rd mustang since we've been married and hopefully our 3rd of many more to come!

    Battery begun to act up after I dropped my kids off at school. I thought it maybe needed a recharge so I drove around for about half an hour. Went home, waited a few and tried again and same problem. I called Honolulu Ford (where my truck was purchased) and spoke to Rachel who was awesome. She asked if I lived close by(I do) and she said if I could be down there in 15 minutes they could see me immediately. Shot down there and spoke with Kyle, who was equally as awesome. They took my truck in as promised as I walks around to look at the newer vehicles and before I knew it my battery was changed under warranty and I was off in under 45 minutes! Thank you for everything, per usual Honolulu Ford was solid!

    Service & safety check for my 2013 Lincoln Navigator. Check in was fast and Evan went over what I needed to be done. Complimentary wash and clean-up was nice and I had no problem rescheduling my next appointment to have the tires replaced and wheel alignment checked with an estimated cost. Had a nice chat with Mark Benson and reassurance that they will still service my Navigator.
