Frank was my salesman at Corwin. He was very accommodating and personable. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable around him nor rushed throughout the bargaining process. Frank was genuinely honest and kind throughout our entire experience.… We also had a great experience with their finance manager, Connor, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, both individuals helped answer questions for me days after the purchase of our truck.

My truck is experienceing died batteries @ less then a month old. This dealership… does not stand behind their sale and I have an un-useable brand new f150 stuck in my garage.... this is wrongRyan SOLD me a Kia

It was a busy night and Ryan offered to help me but also noted he was with another customer, he managed to help us both at the same time. Ryan was as honest and informative… as he could be, not working for Kia, during our test drive. A couple days later Ryan contacted me, and he sold me a car. Ryan very patiently worked with me to come to a deal for the car I wanted. He was very professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire negotiation and purchasing process. I was a tough negotiator, and he was onboard the entire time. It was refreshing to have a competent salesperson sell me a car. After driving 4 vehicles I informed Ryan I would think it over and get back to him. A couple days later I saw… a 2021 Edge ST on their lot & contacted Ryan saying I was interested in it. Long story short, Ryan was patient, courteous & professional. The only issue so far is the windshield needs replaced, which they said they would take care of, has yet to happen. I was told the windshield guy was… on vacation so we’ll give it a couple more days and see what happens. Other than that I’m happy to recommend Corwin Ford for your next used vehicle.A Cut Above

From the moment I came in and started asking questions about the 2022 maverick hybrid in July of 2021, he answered every question best he could and when he didn’t know he check with someone that would and… got back to me! After completing my build and waiting 226 days for my truck to arrive as soon as it did, like 20 minutes, he gave me a call to let me know, and to top it all off he didn’t mind staying late while we finished up everything! This is the second new car I've purchased from Corwin Ford. I plan to… purchase another in the near future. They have always been fair with trade-in offers and transparent with pricing. I had an issue after my purchase (my fault, not theirs!) and they immediately solved my problem in a way that was extremely convenient for me. Jason Stom (my sales consultant) as well as the rest of the Corwin sales team were… absolutely fantastic to work with. I chose a certified pre-owned F250 that had everything I was looking for. The entire process was pretty quick and painless. Jason was professional and very knowledgeable answering all my questions. After selecting the truck and test driving it Justin in the finance department put together a great deal that fit my budget. I am now a happy Corwin Ford customer and I have zero complaints with the whole experience. I would highly recommend you check out the folks at Corwin Ford if you are in the market for a vehicle new or used!
