    Recently went through a hard time! Totaled my car and needed to purchase a new car. I choose Parker to help me. He was very professional and empathetic! He Went above and beyond to ensure that I got a good car! I became ill in the middle of all this and he continued to find me something reliable! Just want to say that my stress level went down and I really appreciated Parker who was very caring! I would recommend him to anyone who wants a good salesman who doesn’t pressure you! Thanks Corwin Ford for employing such great people in Nampa! I will be back!

    Perfect sales process. I bought a vehicle via internet sales. Parker worked the deal and answered all questions, We drove 450 miles 1way and had no hidden surprises. Jon in F&I got us in and handled all paperwork with no kinky business and off we went It was exceptional in every way.

    Bought a car from them but service leaves something to be desired, ie. I booked service appt. thru their online site well ahead of date desired because I live fare away in the mountains. According to the site, dealership was supposed to call back to confirm appt. They never did! And when I called them I get; "I'm sorry no one called you" "we're all booked up" , but we can see you in 5 days" So I guess if you live close by, and can come in at ANY time, this place may work, but for those further away, and needing a reliable service dept for your new car, I'd look somewhere else! And certainly, DON'T rely on their online booking tool, call and talk to a person.

    I'm in Mississippi and bought a used vehicle from this dealership in Idaho. Nick Sparks was my go-to man and sales person. He answered every single question I had, sent more pictures and walked the extra mile to assist me. Thanks Nick, you're the best!

    I have had Fords serviced in at least eight states and many probably 15 Ford dealerships and have never had service like at Corwin, but more specifically from Cody. He has always gone out of his way to call and discuss with me my options for service and help me understand the best way to have repairs completed. I have always felt he was looking out for my best interests, not just Corwin's, he truly understands customer service. He has made Corwin customers out of our family.

    Corwin was our fourth stop in search of a newer truck. There is no comparison to their listening skills, They found the perfect truck inside our budget and through the whole process kept it in our budget. Once the decision to buy was made a simple, streamlined process kicked in and we were on our way feeling we both made fair and honest deals.

    38k on my 2015 Taurus SHO and the battery post leaked acid all over my terminal and ate it away so now it has nothing to attach too, 300 for the terminal and 120 for a battery THANKS FORD FOR YOUR POOR SET UP...

    Todd did an excellent job. He understands the dilemma I have caring for my Mom. He worked with me and made sure that I had a loaner car. He also made sure that I had a vehicle that would accommodate her walker and had the loaner car and our car brought as close to the door as possible. These little things mean more to me than I could ever say. He is definitely a keeper. Thank You

    Absolutely Fantastic Service! Although our service issue happened back in March, I need to write this this review to Thank Todd and the Service team for going above and beyond to help two stranded Canadian tourists! It's such a long story but not only did the team take us in at the end of the work week...literally at the end.. provide us with a courtesy car for the weekend, have our car ready to go first thing Monday morning AND have Todd come in on his day off to ensure that we were taken care of! My husband travel to the United States as often as possible because of people like those at Corwin Ford. Thank you again!!

    Buying a vehicle shouldn't come with so many problems. I had my veteran license plate stolen and the salesman, Matthew Colmar, was shady and unprofessional salesman! Upon buying my vehicle, it only had one set of keys but I was told that the other pair was on its way from the previous owners." After a couple of weeks the salesman said, "they are being mailed to the dealership as we speak, give us a call back in a week." I would call back every other week and they eventually stopped returning my once every other week calls, probably because the sale happened a month ago and he didn't care. I called management, which said they knew the guy who bought the truck and gave him a call for me. Within an hour they called me back to inform me that there was no extra set of keys and apologized. I then called back to talk to the salesman and finally got ahold of him that I wanted the other set of keys he promised. He then changed his story telling me that "both sets were not arranged in the deal and I guess your truck only comes with the one set." He called me a liar in the conversation, which is the last thing anyone wants to hear from a salesman. I did eventually get a set of keys after the manager got involved where he also promised a free detailing. When I took the offer of the free detailing I thought everything went well. But when I got home, my front veteran vanity plate was missing. I thought that maybe it fell off in the wash, so I gave a friendly call to the cleaning guy in charge. He couldn't find it, so I called management again, they called back saying they couldn't find it after they checked everywhere. Since it went missing after the wash I reported it missing and posted reviews on multiple websites. Only after I posted the reviews did they start calling me in attempts to remove the reviews. They magically found the plate or it was turned in by the employee that took it, because they already searched everything including the trash cans. Overall, these guys were shady, unprofessional, and only care about the sale. They have no ethics and do not care about good customer service.

    Tyler at Corwin Ford was a pleasure to work with! Absolutely a non-pushy sale guy! The level of service he gave was stunning. I was texting him at 11pm on a Friday with questions about the car! Seriously, work with Tyler, he really came through for us!

    Considering I am from California and was buying a truck in another state I was a little bit apprehensive, but my salesman Tyler and the Corwin group made the process easier than any other experience imaginable. First off, their prices are already incredible compared to my local California dealers and pretty much anyone in the western region. Even after the cost of a plane ticket and the gas for the drive back I still saved over $2,300 coming out to Corwin. The best part was that what they advertise is actaully legitimate prices, and Tyler didn't give me the run around or try to upsell me on anything. He addressed my needs, found the perfect truck and got me a price that all my local dealers said was impossible. After that he sent me everything in writing and I bought a plane ticket and flew out with my wife the next week. Tyler personally picked me up from the airport, and had my truck filled up with gas, detailed and ready to go, he even had the paperwork ready for me to sign. All the promises were kept and Bill, the finance manager, did an excellent job explaining everything as well. Tyler followed up with me the next day to make sure I got home safe and to see if I had any questions or concerns with my truck, and I couldn't thank him enough for everything they did. I would highly recommend Tyler and Corwin to anyone looking for an excellent experience and value!

    The salesman was extremely vague in telling me what was wrong with the car when I called. He would only tell me about things that were wrong if I specifically asked about them. I bought the car from a few states away and they had starting problems and had to jump the car to get it onto the transport truck but they never called and told me that they had encountered any problems. After it was delivered and I inspected it I found that the battery was not dead but it had a bad starter. They never inspected the vehicle for problems even though they knew it didn't start right and they never told me about it. So now I have to drop about $400 into a car that I haven't even used.

    We met Richard Tolsma several years ago when we contacted the dealership to buy a Ford 150. Richard found the vehicle we wanted at the price we were willing to pay and even used his own time to install the mirrors we wanted. No hassle, no pressure and great service. This year we again contacted Richard to buy a new Ford Escape. Once again Richard provided us with great service, no pressure and a great deal. He is the most pleasant car salesman that we have ever dealt with. If you are looking for friendly, fast, and professional no hassle service we highly recommend Richard Tolsma at Corwin Ford.

    I bought my first brand new car out at Corwin last week. I had the pleasure of working with Cory Skeen out there for this new experience. I have bought many cars all which were used in the past. The new car buying experience was something that made me a bit nervous. Didn't want to get stuck with a car I didn't love and a price that I liked even less. Lucky for me Cory found the color, model, features, and year I wanted. He also got me a great trade in with the '05 I was driving. All said and done he got me a lower interest then I had with my trade in and everything I wanted in the the new car. The rest of the staff at Corwin Ford were super kind and friendly as well. Explained everything to me no smoke and mirror games. I would without a doubt try them out first for any car needs. They have got a customer for life with me now.

    When I bought a 2 year old and low mileage truck from the dealership I was expecting knowledge about fords. When the Vehicle did not perform to industry standard and all the claims the Ford makes, the answers I got were "I don't know/understand", and "I looked at a blog and it said...." Also, if their computer says nothing is wrong, the mechanics can't do anything to help. So when looking to trade it in one month later, as the vehicles was the largest vehicle purchase we every made, they reduced the trade in value $7000 from purchase price. Previously, when I was looking to trade in my 2006 truck before the first purchase, they wanted $5000 less than what I actually sold it for. Trade in values at this facility are way below blue book trade in value. I was informed of this also from my family who has bought 2 other vehicles from them also. Don't look to get good value on trade-ins. My sales rep also made me feel like my truck was not in good condition and lots of things needed to be worked on before it could be up to their standards to sell. I felt like he thought it wasn't a good truck. They never drove it or looked inside the cab or the engine, and only consider the shell of the truck. They did not let me know that I had a great truck that was 10 years old with only 54K miles on it. That truck, owned for almost 8 years, sold for $1000 less than I bought it for at a dealership. Also, that truck, months after purchased could have been traded in for more than what I bought it for. It seems like no truck holds a value at Corwin unless they are selling it. They are a business, but I felt like we were treated like how can we earn as much money as possible. We didn't feel valued.

    I have bought four cars for my family in the last 5 years, and decided to give Corwin Ford a try. I had the absolute best experience yet when purchasing a new Mustang. Tyler Goutermout was my salesman and the whole process was incredibly smooth and painless. Tyler got me an amazing deal and was so friendly the entire time, never once pressured me. The way I was treated allowed me to trust the staff more than I ever thought possible in the car sales world.  I'll be completely comfortable sending my wife or daughter by themselves to get their next car from Tyler and the Corwin staff.
