    Mostly Casey. He was super great to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, and I learned a lot about Toyota cars and options from hanging with him during the test drives. He had a laid back attitude about the whole thing, and was a great facilitator for my decision, not pressuring me or steering (no pun intended) me in a particular direction. The other folks I interacted with at PMT were also great (including the finance woman, I think her name was Alex), but of course I spent the majority of my time with Casey. Not only would I recommend any of my friends who are looking to buy a car to PMT, but I would suggest they specifically seek out Casey.

    Ed was well informed and professional. I believe he gave us a good deal. He is very pleasant to work with. I give him 10 Stars, not 5. Roger was also a pleasure to work with when discussing towing and other vehicle demands I have. Both Ed and Roger are an asset to PHIL MEADOR.

    From the time I was on the phone talking to Will about a car we were interested in until we signed the closing papers with Chris our experience was extremely positive. We are from MT, we had peace of mind before we even took the trip down to look at the car. Will was very helpful over the phone answering all of my question. We quickly set up a day to come and look at the vehicle. Chris found a better interest rate than our local bank and meticulously went over all forms. Will answered many questions during our test drive and then reviewed the features of the car again before we left for our two hour drive home. Our experience with Phil Meador restored our faith in honest dealerships.

    I am a lifelong fan of Phil Meador Toyota. It feels great to walk in and be recognized by name. William Roth made the experience painless as our salesperson. Joe Leedgard makes the process transparent as a manager and has earned my trust. Chris Whitney in the Finance department wraps up the process quickly and is very friendly. Every layer of the car buying experience is accomplished by good and friendly people. For me, there is no need to shop around at other dealerships. I trust Phil Meador Toyota to treat me fair and get me in the right car at a fair price.

    The entire purchase process was wonderful and fairly easy and quick. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, especially Jimmy Hancock who was our salesman. He was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the car and stayed way past normal business hours to help me set up the phone system and the music. He was personable and made us feel welcome. We own a tundra already and always get great service from Casey and his staff. Mike was very quick and thorough with the paperwork. We would recommend Phil Meador to anyone. Thank you so much!

    We had been considering trading in our old car for a new one for a while. We have had previous experience with the Phil Meador group at Courtesy Ford where we purchased our new F-150 (another great experience). We had researched cars on the internet and had an idea of what we were looking for when we just happened to drop in at Phil Meador Toyota on the spur of the moment. My wife had some concerns about safety with the smaller fuel efficient cars we were considering, especially since our daughter would probably be using the car to go to college next fall. But Bracken Howerton was very helpful by listening to her concerns, understanding them, and answering her questions, including showing her all of the safety features of the car we were considering. Bracken was very helpful and listened to our needs and found us a great car that was exactly what we were looking for. The dealership was awesome and worked with us with our trade-in so that we could get a payment we were happy with. We have had nothing but great experiences with the Phil Meador auto group and would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car or truck.

    I bought a 2008 Toyota certified Tundra from Joe Leedgaard at Phil Meador Toyota. It seemed at the time they had the best price with the lowest miles of the Tundra's. We needed one that had a bench seat in the front, that's the only reason we travelled outside of Wyoming to buy one. Everything seemed like it was going pretty well, until we drove 4 hours one way to pick it up. They did meet us half way in Jackson, so thought we were on track to getting a good deal, and on the phone Joe was pleasant to deal with. Too good to be true!!!! I asked him to walk around the vehicle while on the phone with me and tell me everything he noticed on the truck since I was over 300 miles away, photos only do you so much. He told me that the only way you could tell it was used was by the 22,000 miles it had on it. When I picked up the truck and made it home, things were far from "like new but not new"!!! The front end had a harmonic vibration, which ended up it just needed to be put in 4-wheel drive for a while. The paint that was supposedly inspected and marked on the inspection form as having no swirl marks, chips, gouges, or non-matching touch-up paint. Wrong!!!!!!!!! The paint is toast on it. It has buffing swirl marks all over, about 200 touch-up paint blotches, rock chips everywhere, aplique's on doors and roof is scratched to heck!!!!!! The rear bumper had a large dent in it and the bumper cap was torn through. The little mud guard in front of the LF tire was hanging down by one bolt. The same fender inner liner was missing two fasteners and flopping around. It was suppose to have 10 ply tires on it that I specified, it came with 6 plys that weren't even rated for this vehicle. It came with no owners manual,(finally got one weeks later) one master key, one valet key, and one key fob, he threw in a second one, but now I have to pay $40 to program it. Never got the touch-up paint I was promised. When I received my new bumper, it was a flimsy re-chrome that had rough edges and looked like it came from a junk yard. And guess what? No bumper cap. Had to wait another couple weeks for it. No wonder they had this truck on the lot since June. I bought it at the end of September. They said the price was lower because it was time for it to go. And when the used car manager threatened me with coming to get the truck 3 or 4 times, he said he would just have to sell it at an auction. Now what kind of customer service is that, and, how nice of a truck could it be if it sits on a lot for four months and has to be auctioned if I didn't want it??? I'd of traded back if we hadn't gone through all of the leg work to get it. Once this all started to go downhill, I was told I was dealing with the used car manager, Jack Maxwell. My salesman cowered away!!!!!! He made his money. I was lied to an uncountable number of times. Jack was going to send me a $400 check to help pay for the paint to be buffed. It took over a month to receive it, with me continuously calling and asking where it was. He said it's been mailed, it's been mailed. Whatever!!!! Ever heard of shipping labels with dates on them???????? Same goes for the bumper cap. Oh, and it took forever to pay off our trade. I think I covered the basics anyway. I called Toyota and they said the dealership has to make things right with me, not them. Like the truck, but they all lost a first time customer. Way to go guys, nice first impression. Toyota should be proud you're selling and certifying their vehicles!!!!!!!! [violative content deleted]!!!!!!

    We traveled from Bozeman, MT to see a pre-owned 09 Toyota Sienna. They matched the price of another dealership in Utah with whom we were working and ultimately gave us an excellent deal (approx $4000 below comparable cars in our area). Joe Leedgaard was easy to work with and he gave us no pressure tactics.

    So far very well pleased. I bought a 09 Rav4 I'm from out of state. Vehicle was exactly as agreed upon. No pressure to buy. Sales person was very helpful and patient. Joe was great! Above all, saved several hundred dollars from the local dealer here at home. Was willing to locate the Vehicle out of state exactly how we wanted it. And then to go get it and bring it back to the dealership.

    My boyfriend and I had been shopping around for the perfect sedan. He commuted every day to work and the gas prices were putting a damper on our finances. We did some research online and eventually made our way to Phil Meador Toyota. We shopped their Certified Toyota Selection and found the perfect Corolla. Even thought it was used, it felt brand new. The warranty was exceptional and our sales consultant treated us like family. It felt like everyone there was excited for us! We got an excellent deal and drove away extremely happy with the service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I plan to buy any future cars from Phil Meador Toyota!
