I liked how he answered my email promptly, was ready for our appointment and… was very helpful the entire time. Lanier made the finance process easy and paying for the SUV simple. She was very involved and guided us in going the right direction and making the right decisions. My wife… and I decided to purchase a rear backup sensor accessory and she was again extremely helpful in working with the parts people, making an service repair order (RO), what to expect going forward, and went into great detail. She was also very friendly, fun, and a joy to work with. Everybody in the service department and parts department were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Your people were even opening and holding the door for my wife and I, very impressive.A great buying experience
