We just bought a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid from Wickstrom Chrysler in Barrington,
Il. The whole process could not have been better. We bought our first Pacifica Hybrid from them in 2017 and thought the people and the process were the… best. But, this time it was even better. We saw the car on the showroom floor on Thursday, got a great quote on price from Eric Jensen Friday and had the car in our garage Monday by 2:00.
We live about 20 miles from the dealership. Eric drove the car to our house, we signed the paperwork at the dining room table and he drove our trade in back to the dealer. Could not have been smother.
We bought our first Pacifica from Eric in 2017 and was glad he was still with them. He was great to work with.
I highly recommend this dealership.

I worked with the salesman Eric Jensen to purchase a Jeep Compass and he was nothing but helpful. When looking at cars he made sure to show me all the… details and features. When I expressed to him exactly what color/features I wanted and he didn’t have a vehicle that matched my request at the Wickstrom dealership, he was very eager and quick to find me one that he dealer traded no problem. This was so nice as it allowed me to purchase the vehicle I wanted with the salesman I had built a relationship with. Eric went above and beyond to answer all my questions throughout the decision process regarding options, financing etc as well as reached out and followed up! Eric was very easy to work with through the entire process. We ended up… doing a factory build for the Gladiator, everything from the initial test drive, reviewing and choosing all the options, working on multiple pricing options, and getting a fair deal on my trade in, was very transparent and easy with Eric. He communicated with me very well during the waiting process of the build. Something interesting to mention, a continuation of how Wickstrom Jeep promotes transparency throughout the entire purchasing process. They do not have the traditional Finance rooms in the back, they do the finance paperwork at the open desks right in the middle of the showroom. I would recommend Wickstrom Jeep and Eric for future purchases.Fantastic

by markamcg on 08/31/2019I was searching the Chicagoland area for best price offers on the Jeep Gladiator. I had specific option and trim setting specifications. Don DiPaulo's response and engagement to answer all my questions fully, honestly and transparently… easily set him (and the Wickstrom dealership) apart from almost every other dealership I interacted with across a 40-mile radius of my home. Don's responses were timely and it was clear from the beginning that he valued my satisfaction over simply pushing a quick sale of a vehicle that may not be perfect for me. He provided information and suggestions, including potential factory builds and other customization, that displayed a quality of care far beyond the other dealer salespeople that I interacted with. Unfortunately, Wickstrom didn't have the exact model and options that I wanted in stock, and a couple other dealers did. Don did everything he could to make it work at Wickstrom, but when it became evident that the best/easiest answer for me was to go with a good price I had been able to negotiate at another dealer, Don continued to provide me with useful information and feedback even after he knew I would not be able to purchase the vehicle from him. In my experience his actions were unheard of when dealing with car salesman, and it made a big impression. I will be referring any friends interested in a CDJ to Don and Wickstrom as they really set themselves apart from other dealers across Chicagoland in terms of customer service, professionalism, transparency and honesty.
