by Unhappy on 11/03/2023Didn’t like the lady that I did paperwork with. Also, I sent the car over to a highly rated auto shop and the dealership was told what needed to be fixed. I also asked to get a copy of what the auto shop recommended to be fixed. I did not… get that paperwork bad. Needless to say the stuff they were recommended by the auto shop to fix they did not. Now instead of riding in a car with no mechanical issues I have to pay out of my pocket to fix something that the dealership was supposed to fix. If you are new to getting a car from a dealership I recommend taking a man or somebody who’s been through a the ringer so you get your money’s worth.2022 Ford Expedition
