Armando is an excellent person to have on your side when in the market for buying a car!! He has been very patient and thorough with me during this process and went the extra mile making sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. If you want to buy a vehicle from Western Avenue Nissan talk to Armando first, you won't be disappointed!!

I've had my 2015 Nissan Versa for a little over a year, and the sales rep Latroy Townsend is awesome. I still call him sometimes if I need to know something about my vehicle. Example, I accidentally had my emergency brake lever pulled up without knowing, and Latroy got on Facetime with me and actually showed me what I did wrong. A whole year later, and he's still available to help me.

I came in a week ago and spoke to a John Peco, he was very professional and respectful. Usually when I meet a salesman he is very pushy but I didnt feel like he was trying to pressure me in any way he had a answer to wvery last of one my questions and now Im going to come back next week to purchase that vehicle thanks to his great knowledge of the vehicles, kindness and respect towards me and great professionalism he showed me and my husband.

I ended up going in looking for a new vehicle and I met the most helpful salesman, Delvin Henderson. He was incredibly helpful addressing my concerns and what I was looking for. If you ever have a chance to encounter him I encourage anyone reading this to go to him. He ended up selling me 2012 Chevy Cruze which I am so happy with. Great, friendly service, highly recommend.

I'm a first time buyer & the level of service I received walking into Western Nissan was excellent from the salemans Kino Williams to my options of cars the payments & just the overall details of purchasing a new car. I never thought the process was so easy to get a brand new car did I say they tore the plastic off & I rode off the same day no more used cars for me & my baby! I'm proud to be a Nissan owner I love the customer service I was provided to getting approved & riding off a happy camper! Go Western Nissan you guys rock!!!!!

As a single female its always a little scary coming into a dealership alone, not knowing much and not knowing if you will be lied too or treated poorly but everyone at this dealership was so nice and treated me GREAT... Also explained everything to me until i understood all the steps that was being taken... I will never buy or send anyone to any other dealer THANK YOU EVERYONE AT WESTERN AVENUE

I made my appointment to view a 2008 Infiniti two days in advance via email. The appointment was confirmed that day. When I arrived at the dealership, the person I made my appointment with was not there. Another salesperson offered to assist me. I told him about the vehicle I wanted to see and he said he didn't know if they had that car and he immediately started asking me about financing. I told him I had a check with me to purchase the vehicle and to find out if the vehicle I wanted was still at their dealer. The salesperson left and came back after about 5 minutes indicating that his "manager is driving the car around as a demo and left to go home two hours ago". This is strange since I made an appointment specifically to see that particular vehicle that was advertised on the internet. He said he was going to "look around outside" to see if they had any other ones in because they "get those all the time". He then came back and asked me was that model a sedan or a truck. At that point I decided to leave. I honestly have never had a worse sales experience in my life. I think it was a failed attempt at a 'bait and switch' except the salesman was not smart enough to pull it off. The salesman was rude, unprofessional, asked questions about financing before confirming if the desired vehicle was even available. He did not know his inventory, he did not know his product and had the audacity to get upset when we told him we were leaving. I wasted two hours out of my day in a commute there and back home never having seen the vehicle that was advertised. There are several dealers out there with better service and operate honestly. I would recommend skipping this one and saving yourself aggravation by visiting a dealer that has vehicles available as advertised as well as the ability to display some semblance of courtesy and professionalism.

I recently had an experience at Western Avenue Nissan that I would like to share because I would like to make sure this doesn't happen to others. I have lived in America now for 4 years. I came to this dealer to purchase a used car but ended up with a Nissan Versa for $17895. I told my friend and showed her the contract. She said she was surprised how high the interest rate was on the contract (15.34%) and she began to wonder whether or not the price quote was also fair. She was quoted the same car from the same dealer at $14606 only she received her quote by email. This was my mistake because I didn't know how to negotiate for this car. But I have since learned that the dealer wrote up the contract with a 15.34% interest rate maximum along with a rider that if they (the dealer) couldn't secure finance, I could return the car and get my money back ($500). After 10 days, lots of runaround and no proof of financing (Western Nissan even gave me the wrong phone number of the finance firm involved), the dealer said he got financing for 15.9%. When I went into the dealer on the 11th day, I asked to see the financing but Western Nissan refused to show any paper documentation. Instead, they tried to cut me a new deal. They even sent over another sales person and tried to convince me and my friend to do a different deal. He was very hostile and threatening as well. My friend was with me and told me to leave them the keys and walk away. We left the dealer but left the car as well (though they still failed to give me back my deposit). I am now trying to get the money back via my credit card company but will take them to court if they don't. This dealer acts with no integrity, is completely dishonest. By the way, IL law requires dealers to return deposits if they can't meet the contractual finance terms, which in this case, they did not. This is the worst retail experience I have had in the United States since I came here.
