Jimmy and Jason worked hard to ensure they were capturing the payment I… wanted as well as the vehicle I really wanted. Both were very kind and knowledgeable. Jimmy gave me a tour of the amazing showroom at Laura Buick, and I just loved the experience, which was seamless and not time consuming. Will definitely purchase future vehicles from them.Warranty one day over and still made me pay 1300 for a bad part.

by same thing on 07/01/2024Laura Buick/GMC did a fine job as usual on the oil and filter change on our 2020 Buick Envision that we purchased new from them. They also did check fluid levels and tested the battery which we were informed was needing replacement. The… only problem I have is their refusal to honor a coupon that they mailed to us which offered the oil and filter change for $69.95, a savings of $20.00. The service manager said that these coupons were not valid, since they were mailed from a "third party" source. However, we have used these same type coupons with Laura Buick many times in the past, with no issues. I feel that if they were not going to honor these coupons, they should have notified their customers in some way. I believe that this is very poor customer relations and service. The extra 20 bucks they made is chump change to them, but makes the customer feel cheated.Great people and great prices

by DaveyB023 on 01/16/2024After searching on the internet and in person through 85 different dealerships ( yes 85 ), I came across Laura Buick GMC. As I had done with all the other dealerships I asked the salesperson Mike McAfee to find what I was looking for ( 2024… GMC 1500 AT4 ) with all the packages and color that I wanted. He told me to give him 10 min and he would call me back. He did just that, I then asked him for a bottom dollar price. After about another 20 min he sent me pics of the exact truck I was looking for, with a price that I was confident would increase as soon as I agreed it was what I could be comfortable with. To make a long story short I made arrangements to travel the 465 mi to purchase the truck. Once I arrived I met Mike and he got right down to the paperwork to complete the purchase> My finance company had not sent the check to them as I requested so he said " not to worry" and introduced me to Dale in finance. Within 5 minutes he called me into his office and had the deal done. Not 1 single cent over what I was given 2 days prior. Why did I travel that distance to purchase the truck was because it was $5,795.00 less than any other dealership that I had been in touch with. They were honest, friendly and courteous through the entire process. They have me as a customer for life. Thank you to Mike, Dale and the entire team, the process once I arrived took 1 hour and I was on my way home. I'm sure that may not be typical but I would have been fine if it took 4 or 5 hours. Thanks again and we'll see y'all when the new Acadia arrives that my wife wants.Great service, great people!

by two time AT4 on 09/30/2022This is my second purchase of an $80,000.00 GMC AT4 truck from Laura Buick-GMC. First in 2001 was 2500 HD AT4 and last month 2022 GMC 1500 AT4X. I worked with Justin who was exceptional as usual, putting a deposit in November 2021 and… delivery in July 2022 with all a great build. Only issue is I fly to St. Lewis from out of state and confirm my flight times and courtesy pick up time the day before and day of delivery. Even with a text the while at the airport confirming time and flight but when I arrived there was no driver. I waited over half an hour and called/texted Justin and his colleague and discovered after 45 minutes the driver had not been notified and had not left the dealership until over an hour waiting at the airport. It took another 40 minutes to arrive. I was on a strict schedule and wasted nearly two (2) hours at the airport which pushed back my delivery/paperwork time at the dealership. Thankfully, the truck was ready and the finance office was ready, fast and professional. I asked the manager to see if they could throw in seat covers or include a substantial discount to account for a good customer's time wasted. I was told by Justin they would see what they could do. I felt this was not a big ask to keep a second time customer purchasing two $80,000 trucks. To date, I still have not heard from anyone.
