    Great sales and finance staff at Honda on Grand. I’ve purchased through other Honda dealers in the past, and I really appreciated the patience and (in my experience) pressure free shopping experience. They also didn’t force the added packages other Honda dealers offer such as N2, window etching, or “[dealer name] experience”. Many of these packages add thousands of dollars to the sale price, and I’m happy this dealer doesn’t press these “deals”.

    My wife and I stopped in to take a look at a couple CR-Vs and had a fantastic experience working with Edgar and the team. We just happened to be in the area when we called to make an appointment (an hour before closing), and Edgar and the team took great care of us, making sure that we got to test drive the right model for us. Highly recommend asking for Edgar if you are in the market, it was a truly enjoyable sales experience.

    We've been looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Civic LX for a couple of weeks. We've been using the internet to track pricing and we've seen several vehicles at other dealerships. None of those "deals" turned out to be legitimate. I reached out to Honda On Grand and worked with Edgar Parra. We negotiated a great deal with a confirmed out the door price. Edgar and the dealership were true to their word and we bought the car. Delivery was quick, there was no pressure or hard "upsell". There were no mystery charges inflating the price. It was a smooth, painless transaction. Thanks Edgar!

    After visiting several different dealerships in the Chicagoland area, we dropped by Honda on Grand and were pleasantly surprised by the high degree of professionalism, no pressure, and customer oriented service we received here. Daniel Greenwald, our Sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda product line and made the buying process very amicable and positive compared to what we’ve experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend Dan if you are looking for an enjoyable car buying experience.
